@strongandfearless , I have never been to the middle east, but I can imagine that tensions are high. Again I hope the Lord restores things, but with that said, we should be vigilant for people who say they are the Lord or are they are prophets, or that they know the truth. Things need to become simple again, and only the Lord can do that. I am a simple person who makes mistakes like anybody else. I believe the Lord is saving the best for the last.

In Islam, Jesus known to be a prophet, still respected, but he's not the Son of God, he is not a healer nor the anointed one. Christians however, believes that Jesus is the Son of God, the anointed one that was send by the Father to redeem us from sins. So, if I say i was muslim, Ive denied that Jesus is my saviour and Son of God. But if I say Im a Christian, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

@one1thug i have to disagree. Muslims dont believe in the same god as Christians. We have the same heritage dating back to Abraham' but it does not clarify that we have the same god. for example Jesus claims to be God in the flesh whereas Islam denies Jesus as God. Instead they edify Allah as the one and only god.

According to Christian faith, God is one (in a unitary sense, as say 'we are One family', but three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The fullness of Godhead is in each person. One person is not less to the other. So it's perfectly fine to pray either to Father, Son or Holy Spirit; Each person is fully God; there is no competition between the persons. Each deserves equal glory.

Father God, gave His Only God-Son to die for our sins, and raised him up as proof, that whoever believes in Him (that he died for their sins) will have the hope of eternal life. Part I You are getting close to understanding the Gospel (The Good News), but believing it is a different matter though. You are Right! That's the way God meant it to be and planned it: FREE FORGIVENESS to ALL who believe, at His SON's EXPENSE(DEATH). Any sinner (all men are sinners according to bible; no exception) who believes in the work of Christ on the Cross is FORGIVEN by God. Ther is the Father ( God ), the Son ( Jesus ) and the Holy Spirit. They are all one in God. Jesus was 100% man and 100% divine. But He died on the Cross to save us from Sin and from death. He rose up from the dead because he was also 100% God. I am 12 years old but i go to a Catholic School.

I just wanted to point out, Jesus performed many miracles under the power he was given from being God, but God raised Jesus from the dead. I want to say, there is no competition in the Trinity. So there's no saying, "oh, the Father is a higher rank than Jesus" or something. It's three persons, but one God. That's not something I,nor any other Christian understands.

CHRISTIAN:
from Greek Khristós, "the anointed one", translation of the Hebrew Messiah, refers to Jesus of Nazareth. -->Christians are followers of Jesus Christ, his teachings and work.
MUSLIM:
the Arabic term for "one who submits to God", followers of Islam (meaning submission to God), followers of Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad etc.
--> you can be both christian & muslim at the same time in the pure sense of the words

In Islam, Jesus known to be a prophet, still respected, but he's not the Son of God, he is not a healer nor the anointed one. Christians however, believes that Jesus is the Son of God, the anointed one that was send by the Father to redeem us from sins. So, if I say i was muslim, Ive denied that Jesus is my saviour and Son of God. But if I say Im a Christian, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

@one1thug i have to disagree. Muslims dont believe in the same god as Christians. We have the same heritage dating back to Abraham' but it does not clarify that we have the same god. for example Jesus claims to be God in the flesh whereas Islam denies Jesus as God. Instead they edify Allah as the one and only god.

According to Christian faith, God is one (in a unitary sense, as say 'we are One family', but three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The fullness of Godhead is in each person. One person is not less to the other. So it's perfectly fine to pray either to Father, Son or Holy Spirit; Each person is fully God; there is no competition between the persons. Each deserves equal glory.

Ther is the Father ( God ), the Son ( Jesus ) and the Holy Spirit. They are all one in God. Jesus was 100% man and 100% divine. But He died on the Cross to save us from Sin and from death.
