  • its funny......here today Gov Moonbeam is back in office. Prop 13 has kept more people in their homes since it curtailed the state from raising property taxes through the roof. BUT CA today is bankrupt and one of the highest taxed states in the country and is being raped by government employees who only ask for more more more. CA has only gotten worse not better, yet they still blame Prop 13 even after every other tax has been raised higher and higher. CA government is nothing but 1 big scam!
