At the, "Hang in there, hang in there..." part, it switches to G, Am7, Dm (or G, actually.), and F.
After that (At, "Just hang in there..."), it switches back to C, Am7, and F.
I use a random finger picking pattern the whole way though.

@davizcool Oh, I should probably also have mentioned that I used a capo on the fifth fret. It's not totally required, but I decided to do it in this recording.
