  • Mine is @ 2:58! 75' RD350 (B) its a cafe in the works and just needs a new top end to get back on the road :-P

  • a hipster bikers dream

  • I would love to build a theme around one of these things... fantastic motorcycle, great video...

  • holy :45

  • Those melted pistons looked like an art work.

  • Jeez they are so square and the musics crap. My Silver RD 350 sounded like a well balanced 2 stroke. doing Leeds to Harrogate in 20 minutes (Before speed camera's Like a bat out of hell.)

  • At 3:00 there is an old suburban in the back ground.

  • Love it.

  • Great video and music. When a bike came up with yellow and black Yamaha racing colors I Wiki'd Kenny Roberts. Recent video of him doing the Indy Mile is worth seeing.

He preferred dit track racing. A dirt tracker picture is absent in the video and would add to a future video. Moto Carrera's site is still up on Mar 15, 2011 and they made some cool stuff before shutting down. You can get some pics of the Latigo Canyon model and more.

  • awsome dude! 2strokes rules...

  • does anyone know if rd400 expansion chambers will work on my stock r5 350? I have a pair of spec II 400 pipes sitting in my garage and my r5 is in need of some customizing.

  • @LordSamuelJ Late model RD400's changed footpeg position to above exhaust, depends what spannies you have.

  • @yamagammad1 well they seem to fit the frame, but I am missing the flanges so I cant mount them. I was just wondering if the bike will need more than new jets to accept these pipes.

  • I owned a 1969 350 R3, the first of the R series and first year of the 350. That was a fast bike in it's class.

  • Mine was @ 6:33 1974 RD 250 At first it was a Spark plug fouling bitch! But, after I learned how to to set timing once a week problem was solved. Later, I put on expansion chambers. That RD250 could hall some ass!

  • Cool to see all these... great set!

  • I'm an old fart. Remember when Rds and CCR ruled. Thanks for the rememberies. I could almost smell the Torco burning...

  • Nice bike.

  • To me, the solid burgandy 1974 model, like I used to own, was the most beautiful one of all. Wish I hadn't sold it. Used to eat bigger bikes with it, sometimes. Thanks for that trip down amnesia lane.
