Wow, these developers sure love the Wilhelm Scream.
Listen, when Kratos hurls the bolt at the coward he does it.
I was watching the intro to GoW III and at the part where they speak of the Olympians and show a bridge a guy falls off making the same scream.

@MoralDeQue I've always been wondering about this particular scream after hearing it numerous times in movies and games, but never had anything to go on to actually find out about its exact origin. Thanks for the enlightening info!
P.S. You're certainly right about the "Wilhelm Scream" being used countless times in the GoW games as I've heard it more than a dozen times.

@JackMoveJohnny Jump off the ledge in the direction of the chests, then jump back to the ledge. You'll grab on to it and voila, just crawl over there and get your Phoenix Feather, Gorgon eye and a few red orbs.

The main thing is the visual upgrade that makes both games run in 720p @ 60fps. The games look significantly better than the original versions as a result.
