Still, using a variety of words is much better than monotonously using one.

Use rape in my opinion, but use the others scub suggested as much you can.

And to be honest, each word fits a different situation. Rape fits a smart move that ended in ownage. Dominate fits when you overpower your enemy, annihilate fits when something is totally wiped (for example "he annihilated all of his archers"), etc etc. So use em all! :)
