@kyamelon It is hammered to shape, as closely as possible, very little grinding, I normalized the blade several times to re leave the stress during forging. Heat treated; hardened in a mix of oils and tempered to a straw color. A lot of sanding. Price is 1,500.
@kyamelon I used an angle grinder. I discovered that I liked this random pattern when I was making another blade more narrow, I thought, that looks cool, you know like really sharp, it was!
