@NickRewind1314 A lot of times children's roles in plays will be divided up because it may be too demanding for a child to handle all that is required of the role and they would be physically or legally (child labor laws) unable to do the whole thing by themselves. Mao definitely can sing and appeared in several of the other Sailor Moon musicals, perhaps most notably as the title character in "Tanjou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady"

@sailorsolidersfan1 Okay not sure if you got a response on this yet. But Chibi-Moon does sing in this musical. More like, Chibi-Usa does. At the beginning when she shows up. In the musical. The role was played by two little girls. Miyakawa Ai ((Who played, Chibi-Usa)) And since she sang. You can see that she was able to sing. The other little girl was Kawasaki Mao ((Chibi-Moon)) Though not on the video. She does not sing. She can surely sing.

I'm sure that this is from ai no michi from 1994, I'm quite sure the actress is kawasaki mao, the first chibi moon but there is a chance that is ai, the first chibiusa (they double casted the three musicals of chibiusa)

if it's mao you can see her as chibi chibi in 1997 to 1998 and black lady in 2001.

The actress there is Kawasaki Mao. She was either seven or eight. The youngest actress that was to perform in the musicals. She also went on to play the frist Chibi-Chibi. And then a few years later she came back to the musical and she played Black Lady.
