I have always been a closet panpsychist, so this isn't a criticism. I agree that "mind" can be illusive and, of course, "consciousness" is equally hard to pin down. This is very interesting!
so basically the key to understanding more about consciousness is to become aware and feel the consciousness present in our bodies? i've just lately been getting into stuff talking about body-consciousness, such as this.
Is this conference, or parts of it available online? Would love to hear more on this topic.

Right. Consciousness isn't this pure substance separate from the body and the world. It is inseparable from them.
