my opinion is that this performance was made from 2 maybe more rehearsals. Because the director "cut and glued" different scenes you can see more mistakes in motions and of course THAT POLE :P e.g. 3:46 JLO is singing, 3:47 going up, 3:48 jumping. She is a superwoman but that would be too much even for her :) :)
