I use the M16 as my default weapon with the Enfield as my back-up. The M16 is a beast, I'm always a top performer with it.

The Enfield is better for smaller maps. I like it better than the FAMAS since it kills at the same rate but doesn't chew through ammo.

Guys im an m16 prone and I use warlord with supressor and acog site I guess some of you will say thats stupid bc silencer and acog cancels eachother out but it also increases damage somehow it kills in 1 burst... I went from getting 20 to 15 kills in an average match to 30 to 40 kills so I advice you try it

m16 is a really goood gun. i believe that it is better thanh the enfield because the m16 can be used long range effectivly and at short range almost the best. i dont know how many times i killed a guy using automatic guns like galil, ak47, ak74 ,etc. and i gun them down using a spray and a finishing shot to the body

I think the Enfield is a much better gun due to its rate of fire and lots of people complain on its recoil and i use the Enfield and im in 7th perstige level 50,but i still prefer the Enfield over lots of other assault rifles and all you have to do to use it accurately is either learn trigger discipline or put a suppresor if your lazy.Anyways Enfield FTW im on xbox live my gamer tag is Upscalebrute friend me if you need tips on the Enfield i am an experienced player and i would be glad to help.

M16 is My favourite but I like the Enfield, I prefer it even over the Commando. As for the FAMAS, I dislike it. I don't like the recoil, I don't like the way it looks and I don't think the fast rate of fire is necessary. I prefer to take My time with when I shoot, using precision burst fire shots to take down the enemy players.

Ok... The AUG and Enfield are out of my favorites, they are horrible, M14 is pretty good, Fal also, M16 is really good at long and medium range, Commando is really amazing too, AK47 is OK... Galil is pretty good, Famas is really bad in my opinion... The winner is.... M16 and Commando as my favorite!!!(Galil and FAL are close seconds)

In reality, the M-16 of that era wasn't a burst weapon. I was issued one in the 80s and it was still single fire or full auto. I think near the end of the 80s or early 90s it was single fire or three round burst. Not sure why it's not full auto in the game?

@roblarosa I think they made it Burst just coz it has been in all the others and the Commando is basicly the M4 in this game so there wouldnt be much point making them both the same, as far as making them historically accurate that isent really present in this game i mean the enfield (sa80) has full auto or single fire options much like the famas does but they dont give you that option. i was kinda hoping they would give you that option for each gun like rainbow six vegas 2 did but nevermind lol
