Hogan was making thousands of dollars per appearance in the early 80s - you time that with 350 appearances and you've got an insane income, and keep in mind this was the early 80s... if he only got 1000 per appearance, he'd be getting 350.000 a year - and he got lots more. that's a rich man.

If Linda was only interested in Hogan's 1983 income, then she could've latched on to any plastic surgeon or lawyer; plenty of those walking around South Florida. I don't claim to know how much he made pre-'84, but it's safe to speculate it was nothing compared to what he made later on in the decade. You're the one throwing around numbers.

If wrestling sucks without him, then watch TNA... if he joins WWE again we'll loose him a lot sooner for good. his health is good right now, he shouldn't get back in the ring more than a couple times a year - vince will work him 12 dates a year... that's never gonna work anymore. so if you want to keep him in wrestling, it's in your best interest to support the smaller company so he can stay there, and work a more sane work schedule.
