I've seen "acoustics" with those headstocks too. Sound is the same pending on which Guitar you get. Only difference is the shape of the body, and they aren't really that different. Strings he's using are obviously the same, so count that out. They are both hallow body wood Gutiars... Acoustic Guitars. It's like the difference between a Fender Telecaster and Gibson Les Paul. Lots of differences, but still Electric Guitars. Now go fuck a dog.

The bracing, the scale, the width of nut & neck, the feel of the strings, the sound & technique to name a few
