  • This is great thanks for this....

  • Sunwarrior is made in the US. It says so in the FAQ section of their site. Sunwarrior is a highly reputable company. Why else would it be endorsed by world authorities and high profile athletes? I like Sunwarrior and Boku

  • Is this protein MADE IN CHINA?

  • @1ASHKENAZI i have read posts saying that sunwarrior is made in china too so i googled 'sunwarrior made in china' and was like wtf?! that's bullsh!t if they're getting protein from china!

  • @kcgirlpower has anyone found out which of their ingredients is from china? where can i read the real truth about plant proteins?

  • Do this. Buy RAW Rice (Cheap). Soak it in water, beer, OJ, or whatever your creative mind desires. In less than 24 hours the rice becomes soft and just eat it raw - save money and eat the REAL RAW RICE.

  • U r awesome!

  • WHAT ABOUT WHITE RICE? is that stuff good to use?

  • Doze it have soy in it?

  • can this be purchased at whole foods

  • Not very good, tasted like chalk. Worse than chalk actually.

  • rice - sprouted, then fermented - how the funk you ask if it is organic or not ? how could someone choose a pesticide grown rice to work so much on it ? the main target of the producer is the true, organic, bio-available, perfectly absorbable products. If someone complain about the taste - I think 99% of ppl on the planet use some fruit or some swetener with the protein powders; so ?...I like ppl that when they find the best thing ever in any domain, they always look 4 stuff to complain.

  • I only have one question about this product...is the rice protein organic. It's says raw but not organic....I might email the company.

  • dude you don´t need that crap. Almonds have the same value in protein and iron that meet!! and also have calcium, vitamin E and a lot more. Don´t waste your money on that crap made by man. The arrogance of man have blind the spicie, we believe that we can do things better than GOD, that is nonsence. You have to get clean first, we are not design to eat any animal product, is genetic.

  • All respect to Mike Adams, but I bought this based on this video and I actually don't like the flavor much at all, and it's not organic. For almost the same price (on autoship) you can get the Boku protein - it's organic and tastes amazing.

  • @mikedans55 Is the Boku better than the Sun warrior? Please give me some feedback on boku. Thanks for your time

  • @1ASHKENAZI Nothing but nothing beats the Boku Protein both for flavour (it's seriously nice) and how it makes you feel. It's organic & it also has probiotics. Hands down my preference. I know, I sound like a spammer but the Boku people would never do that, it's my honest "consumer" opinion. Their superfood blend combined with the protein - frankly I would supplement two meals a day for that stuff just for how it makes you feel. It's also cheaper if you pre-order. I love it.

  • @1ASHKENAZI Boku is USA made.

  • Hey dude, can u tell me the name of the track used at the end of this video?

  • YOU DON'T NEED PROTEIN!

  • @darkvader47 this is funny

  • just ordered 8kgs of this from the U.S! FML now i have no money! BUT i will have awesome protein...as long as i have protein...right?!

  • It has aspartic acid and phenylalanine. How is this different from Aspartame?

  • Comment removed

  • @fipo1000 Doesn't say that on the ingredients list - are you sure?

  • You said that you dont work for this company or receive any money from them, but i am wondering why you are on their website under "World Authorities". Are they just mentioning you? Because it looks like you work for them

I see that the video was posted in 2008, so maybe when you made the video you didnt work for them? Just was wondering

  • This protein is the real deal. really good. great review.

  • CAN anyone explain to me how this is a complete protein? I want to get more protein in my diet, but i don' t want to eat as much animal protein due to the acidity. I know plant based proteins are more alkaline. I want to try VEGA protein but i'm allergic to peanuts, and vega has peas in it.

  • eat meat u are all idiots. vegens make me sick. be normal.

  • @TheMand00f - What an ass pirate. You don't want to be a vegan and yet you search for vegan protein powders on youtube?? Animal cruelty makes me sick.

  • @TheMand00f I eat meat all the time. I just found the fermented brown rice protein to be a better form of protein than any whey protein I've tried. be normal?... CONFORM, CONFORM , BE LIKE ME. BLAH BLAH BLAH. We are all different. Try loving each one another for who they are instead of what they eat. Weirdo.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheMand00f vegans make you sick?people showing compassion for animals make u sick? wow!!

  • @STONRUNNIT Most vegans I know don't eat meat for health reasons, not because of showing compassion for animals.

  • @thatRUGA Well truly being vegan starts with moral ethics and the premise that man should live without exploiting animals. The other reasons follow.. dietary, and environmental. If a person that eats no meat or dairy but doesn't care about the welfare of animals is not Vegan!

  • Great review..Very much appreciated :)

  • OK Im sold but I LIVE IN THE UK!!! Doesnt seem to be available to brits!

  • optimum protein is the best hands down..

  • While I use Sun Warrior Protein and it is a great product this guy is exaggerating greatly the effects of it. I use it cause its healthier and better on the body then isolate whey. However, other then that there isn't much difference. However if you can afford the difference Sun Warrior is the way to go as I believe it does absorb into the body faster then isolate as it is easier digested.

  • Hi, my name is Jay Cutler, you may have heard of me due to my success in professional bodybuilding. I take rice protein with my "mexican vitamins" my veterinarian prescribes to me. It seems to be great for muscle building!

  • Is it certified organic?

  • I was looking up Sun Warrior, Protein, Raw Vegan, Vanilla and it contains Phenylalanine.

  • @smellsogoody

I don't remember their names, but there are at least 2 other brands! :)

  • What do you guys think of hemp protein ? I was doing bananas , berries , scoop of hemp protein and teaspoon of chlorella after workouts . Seemed to work well .I'm afraid of getting too much rice . I eat rice noodles , brown rice & veggies etc . Is it possible to overload ?

  • @MindofaJedi

I've use it. It's a great protein, but actually not optimal as a post-workout protein. It digests too slowly to benifit from the temporary increase in absorbability of nutrients after physical activity. Rice protein on the other hand is metabolized fast, and a great raw vegan alternative to the common whey protein. Hemp though, due to it's slow uptake, is the winner for "between meals" type of protein drinks, if you're travelling, or simply want to up your calorie intake. Peace!

  • im looking for a whey alternative ... but he has no muscle so hes not a really good advert for rice protein :s

  • @justcornelius

He probably just trains to be healthy, not to build muscle mass. He looks like an average weekend jogger, but I'm sure he could use this protein to great advantage if he chose to up his calories, and started to workout doing compound excercises with heavy weights. You can drive a Dodge Viper at 20mph if you want to, but that doesn't mean it can't go any faster. You just gotta step on the plate a little ;) Peace!

  • It's good. But way expensive.

  • @otter4771

If you are willing to go without other unnecessary things, you could afford it. I am on welfare and I know I can afford it, even if that means going without the occasional snack or take-away pizza. It all depends on how badly you want to feel healthier.

  • @otter4771

Search for other brands, there are at least 2 more, (cheaper) and probably more coming into production as brown rice protein becomes more popular :)

  • Hey everyone, i'm a sugar/junk addict. I've been eating Gorilla Sandwiches. I take a big, crunchy Romaine Lettuce leaf, add a raw banana, sprinkle on some watercress, spinach and rocket, and add another big, crunchy lettuce leaf. I eat 1 or 2 a day. I sleep better, i feel happier, i feel more energetic. I found it on Arnold's Way on youtube.

  • Does anyone know how this compares to organic hemp protein? I choose hemp because it is the best plant to consume in general, but I'm wondering if this is in the same league.

  • @SirLoin21

Post-workout, rice protein is best due to it's fast uptake. As I'm sure you know, after physical activity the body absorbs nutrients faster than normal. Hemp is perfect though as a protein drink on non-workout days, in between meals and such. (Slower acting)

  • I've been eating this since August 4th and I feel really great, lost 17 pounds, and have lots of energy. I also put Barley Max in mine along with MSM, chlorella, and then add avocado or raspberries or blueberries. It's awesome as well as great tasting!

  • I've been eating this since August 4th and I feel really great, lost 15 pounds, and have lots of energy. I also put Barley Max in mine along with MSM, chlorella, and then add avocado or raspberries or blueberries. It's awesome as well as great tasting!

  • What's the difference between brown rice protein and white rice protein? As far as I'm aware there isn't any protein in the brown outer layer.

  • great vid but please tell me that even though you are not being paid by sun warrior do you have a friendship with sun warrior prior to discovering this treasure?

  • You don't represent any company espcially 'Sun Warior' but you put site of this product on your video.... strange. And you'll probably say that you haven't got any profits with that....

  • You really dont need food to live, just a dedicated routine of circulation management (weights, cardio, qi gong, yoga, breathing rhythmically, etc.) Food just creates mass. Jericho Sunfire he is a personal trainer doesnt eat anything or even drink...It's called "breatharianism"

Either way people all over the world are eating less and less and building muscle. Check my videos if you dont believe me, theyll probably shock you but WE define our bodies not food, money or anything. We = Gods

  • @TheUtuber00 Shut up looper.

  • good stuff

  • what about getting just one source of protein? I believe you need several types or do think this is wrong.

  • "Gas and blast.." I love it.

  • I like to chase them around the yard hoping they give up a leg or two....meat from "dead" animals, that's a good one.

  • Take Vega Hemp Protein. by Brendan Brazier a Vegan Athlete.

  • If it wasn't for agriculture you would be DEAD. You need to look into a paleoish diet, but with sweet potatos and good saturated fat like organic butter and cocnut oil.

  • I used to be raw vegan, but I am afraid to say, you raw vegans are on a fad diet crusade, you fail to forget, humans have lived thousands of years on meat, meat is crucial to human health, what the hell do you think your dad ate, and your grandad, meat of course. Every civilisation eats meat, some lived only on meat (eskimos) however, no human civilisation has ever lived on raw vegan diet, it doesn't make sense from a evoluntionary point of view.

  • @Solid88 They ate it because they were stupid. Eat your meat, when you get cancer, it won't be me holding your hand.

  • from an evolutionary point of view, civilizations must change to be better.

  • @Solid88 i agree with what your saying. but they have so much pesticides and hormones and stuff running through meet these days. ive dropped red meat. now my main source of protein is chicken. i eat eggs 3 times a week ad am gonna start cycling tuna cause of mercury levels.

  • @clearviewhigh Chicken has less pesticides and hormones than red meat? poor thing, you're delusional, but it looks cute on you, keep it up!

  • @eatmealiveplease lol dont attempt to make me seem delusional calling me cute and all that dumb shit. i never said it has less pesticides. my stomache hurts after i eat red meat, so i feel more comfortable with just chicken. i never made a claim in my statement that chicken has less hormones and pesticides.

  • @clearviewhigh amen

  • @eatmealiveplease yes amen. i mean hell, i even switched my protein over to Pea protein without dairy or any of that crap.

  • @clearviewhigh i always worry about getting all the essential amino acids, without all of them its like getting 0 benefit.

  • @eatmealiveplease i take a vitamin pill as well after my workout. im pretty sure theres amino acids in pea protein. too lazy to get up and look. but i have a small amount of fat on my lower stomache and chest, and i feel its because the estrogen in the meat i eat or possibly the water supply around here. everything else i eat is super clean

  • @clearviewhigh id cut out my soy completely. There have been studies that link soy consumption with rise of estrogen levels and also thyroid slowness. I am a vegetarian and try to get as little soy as possible, my boobs are big enough thanks

  • THAT GUY IS HUGE! just kidding hes skinny and weak talking about strenght gains lmfao. Oh ya when i was 5 i use to stand on my hands like u just did, props

  • @ijb31 no he doesnt. Why do you say that? he's got more knowledge than you'll ever have jerk off

  • I really don't like to consume that products... I always have prefered get all the nutrients directly from my normal diet while being vegetarian

  • oh god I looove meat

  • Mix it well and it becomes powder. Easy.

  • You say soy isolate is bad and i agree, ive bought the brown rice protien, however, ive heard that its best mixed with pea protien to even out the amino acid balance. Whats your thoughts on pea protien isolate? is that ok to use with the brown rice? I dunno if pea is as bad as soy. Thanks.

  • I was totally laughing at him when he was talking about personal strength gains while looking at his physique, then he mentioned MMA fighters taking this protein, which piqued my interest.

Then his athletic display at the end of the video was a nice touch. I really respect and admire Mike's opinion on health, but never thought he was so athletic.

Glad I saw this video, Mike is such a cool, wonderful guy that I trust.

    Keep it up, Healthranger!

  • Shut up and have an open mind!! some people cant eat meat and/or dairy products.

  • GO FUCK YOUR SELF!

  • Strong moves at the end there Mike!

  • Wouldn't be easier and healthier eat brown rice everyday instead?

  • Is this ORGANIC? My main question and most important factor.

It also does not sound RAW to me.

    Thanks.

  • If is concentrated then its not raw. Vega is better and is a whole food.

  • @SunWarriorPat, haha, well considering your name I'd say you probably would :)

  • Great video. Love the energy!

I'm in the process of moving towards a more healthy lifestyle. I've been a fat and sugar addict, yikes.

Now I'm eating more raw foods and I've lost 10lbs in about 2 weeks. It's exciting. I'm putting pictures of everything I've eaten for a month on my site.

  • @cogiterium

Im just starting out I have terrible sugar/junk addictions too.. have you tried this product?

  • Comment removed

  • How many servings do you take per day?

    What serving size.

I am asking this because i have heard raw protein is alot more potent and powerful than meat or whey protein powder.

    Thanks alot

  • wouldn't touch the stuff. It's overpriced and I can get superior protein from eating hemp hearts.

  • If its raw with no chem what stops it from going bad in 2 or 3 days???Or do they make it and get it to the store and consumers buy and use it in 3 days?

  • Rice is a grain, is doesnt start to go bad unless its exposed to water, like uncooked rice or pasta, they keep, but once cooked, they last about 3 days.

  • Yes rice is a grain but they are not selling you rice grain. They are selling a processed powder made from rice.I wouldn't confuse uncooked with raw.Uncooked rice and pasta are processed - no life in it.Pasta is dehydrated unless you buy the fresh pasta which is in a vacuum seal .Once you open the seal it only lasts a few days.

  • No....

  • no what?

  • Theres no way this stuff is Raw. its impossible

  • @ACEBAKER911, notice the new accounts that are promoting the product here in the comments. LOL cheesy.

  • @thesetwofeet

i dont understand how is it possible this POWDER thats been heated and processed sitting in a plastic container on a shelf in a store for months, can be called Raw ?

lol its totally ridiculous , David wolfe will next be selling RAW burger king fries , follow the Money i guess

  • Comment removed

  • How can it possibly be turned into a Powder without being Heated ?

  • @ACEBAKER911

the thing is they first sprout it, dehydrate it, then separate the protein mechanically (without heat or chemicals). It's all in the sprouting.

  • You believe it!!

  • I mean you know an awful amount about this product... background, who's using it etc..

  • Comment removed

  • @letscifucan no he doesnt make money off it dumbass hes not selling it hes just saying how good it is lol

  • @letscifucan it would be illegal to say that if it wasn't true. do you really think he would put something on the internet if it was illegal? are you thinking human beings are so stupid?

  • @TheLimeTreeBand , there is no stupid or smart. I just feel you are over exadurating about a product which when its not the product, its the effort put in. Take you for example, you have an excellent body, but you are advertising that a product helped you, yet all the hard work and effort you put into make it is not being recognised by your speech. Just eat Rocket Lettuce and go to the gym and the results are better than any product.

  • Comparison shood be made to other brown rice proteins, not to soy or hemp ... apples to apples. Other brown rice proteins I ate were barely edible, not because of grit, but because of bitterness coming from hydrolysis.

  • Where can I find the rice protein? Do I have to order it online?

  • Comment removed

  • THE BROWN RICE PROTEIN CONTAINS ONLY THE PROTEIN FROM THE RICE... NOT THE STARCH... HOWEVER.. YEAH AS U SAY.. WE NEED TO EAT FAT TOO!! I LOVE FATTY FOODs LIKE AVOCADOS AND COLD PRESSED OILs... I FEEL VERY SATISFIED WHEN I EAT FATTY FOODs.. I LOVE MILLET AMAZAKE BLENDED WITH OMEGA OIL, AVOCADOS, FROZEN BERRIES,AND PEA PROTEIN.. FOR AT LEAST 3 AND HALF HOUR IM FULL!!!

  • The Best sources of Fats are e3live algae, nuts , seeds, coconuts, avocados and Olives

The Best foods for the teeth are Organic greens . Veganism works, but you have to do it correctly

  • Hi, rice happens to be a very high carb product. And high carb is not good for diabetics, no matter how much organic etc. Check the inuit people and other nativs. They are strong, have incredible teeth and healthy gum and don't need extra nutrition from a big plastic jar. So, why not eat real organic meat, eggs, raw mylks etc to gain muscle and strength? It's cheaper, and much more tastier. A meat diet is actually not always dangerous for pregnant women etc. it has been shown otherwise. Peace,

  • with this product they add enzymes to it to eat most of the carbs in it

  • @Mother4earth

Rice protein happens to be a protein product, where the carbs have been separated out.

  • HERE IN THE UK PEA PROTEIN IS MUCH CHEAPER THEN RICE PROTEIN.. SORRY NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFOR 30£ FOR SOME PROTEIN.. ALSO ITS A FACT SOME OF US DO GOOD ON VEGAN PROTEIN,OTHER DO GOOD ON ANIMAL PROTEIN.. ITS EXPALNED BY PETER D'ADAMO IN HIS BOOK EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE.. ciao from Andrea in Lewisham..

  • I PERSONALLY USE PEA PROTEIN

  • That is really cool! I down a whole bag to get 25 grams! :)

  • A great source of protein that has helped me get real gain in the gym now to me has been...organic meat, organic beef, chicken, fish. And I am now stronger and have more endurance. Nothing wrong with vegs, just can't get into a vegetarian diet without going weak, so I just decided on a well balanced meal

  • you should watch the video titled THE PROTEIN MYTH by raw vegan super athlete Tim van orden.

Meat doesnt make you stronger in the long term, it makes you Weaker. Meat has no legit place inside the Human Body

Humans are naturally by a study of Anatomy, biology and physiology, VEGAN

  • LOL

  • Congratulations on being 100% raw vegan now! Do you know if I can get hold of this in Spain? I presently get pea protein posted over from the UK, but it would be nice to try something different. Postage from the US is always horrendous!!!

  • Most MMA people are useing whey protein. It does not make you bloated. This guy has no problem telling lies. Also this product is not a complete protein.

  • Finally , someone who knows what a complete protein is. All these vegans are so obsessed with their made up moral code tat they have become delusional.

..although you don't need protein powder at all, meat will do.

  • if ur interested in protein powder alternatives ur right this is not a complete protein but i use it and im not vegan or vegetarian. i add a scoop of peanut butter or almond butter and it covers all the amino acids pretty good. and it mixes nice.

  • hemp seed protein powder ;) and whey does make you bloated, dont matter who you are, although some will be more affected then others... no im not vegetarian no im not vegan... Im a straight down in the middle kind of person... meat,veg... although i dont eat dairy ;)

  • @angelo212

Yes it is, read up on amino acids.

  • @hellspawnds Your right. It is a complete protein. My bad.

  • can anyone tell me what phosphours in rice protein is?is it bad

  • @crazy69er81

No , just like other minerals (iron, zink etc.) it has a function in the body. It works together with kalcium to form bone mass in the skeleton.

  • I tried this protein based on this review. If you want to ruin the taste of a whole smoothie then it is great! It is a little better than other rice protein witch isn't saying much if you have ever had rice protein.

I'll stick to organic eggs from the farmer down the road and you vegan nuts can have your processed powder from rice grown in China!!

  • is the rice really from china?

  • Yes it is really from China although they claim it is extensively tested for contaminates.

You can e mail them, they are very helpful.

It is about as digestible as you would expect a raw processed grain product to be...I burped it for several hours.

Real food is where its at.

  • Actually, animal products cause all sorts of damage. Do your research before categorically dismissing fact.

  • Actually, no they don't. Seeing as humans EVOLVED to eat a diet including animals I find this preposterous.

You guys are the ones making the outlandish claim, the burden on proof is on you.

Now if you are claiming that PROCESSED animals, or products derived form animals, then I might agree, depending on the circumstance. If you are claiming that the current way animals are raised is not the healthiest for human consumption I also agree.

But to say it is bad for you to eat meat and dairy....

  • I wanna to share with you all about Super Lutein (The Revolutionary Nutrient Supplements Products)

    6 Aspects of Anti Aging

    * Anti Eyes Aging

    * Anti Brain Aging

    * Anti Immune Aging

    * Anti Endocrine Aging

    * Anti Skin Aging

  • Great review man, I love what you do.

    Cheers!

  • Regrettably the product is expensive but it's excellent health insurance.

It impresses me also, that there are a lot of angry, profane and violent people here. I feel sorry for you.

It appears you are constipated meat and sugar eaters. And you can't half tell!

  • I have a MUCH MORE BETTER REALY COOLL revolutionary product that surpasses any food studies any human has ever heard from. ..It's better than the best thing you ever heard of. .. I'm not even endorsing this cause I use it and it .. wait... ...

  • wow,I'm soooooo proud of u that u're vegan now!that's the way to go!for animals and environment!

  • Your parents and grandparents must hang their heads in shame at the thought of your profanity.

  • Michael Adams is soo hot! He turns me on.. He can be my Health Ranger anytime!

  • Rice Protein can never be complete (unless it is GMO). Rice, as most other grains, is low in Lysine, an essential amino acid.

A better veggie protein choice, IMO, is Pea Protein.

(Also, most of the rice protein these days still comes from China, and is contaminated with lead and cadmium).

  • @fakedlunch

Yes, but when you sprout any grain/seed (as rice protein powder has been), the amino acid profile undergoes changes.

  • just use VITAMINERAL GREEN

  • I am a vegan but I do not train.

But I do want to begin training some... I wonder if I can get that product here in Norway...

  • Quinoa is another good source of protein and you can sprout it really easily if you want to eat it raw. Make a salad with cilantro, mint, tomatoes, cucumbers.

  • I never thought about sprouting it. But I will now!

  • Or, You could just eat Grains and Legumes, and not spend $50 on a bottle of rice powder..

  • my whey protein never made me bloated, it makes me feel clear headed actually, and many people say whey is alkaline...!?

  • that's the shit i want, i'm a mixed martial artist and i'm working on endurance/speed and teqhnique of strenght, i'll order this

  • Personally I have tried numerous brown rice proteins on the market. And this is by far the best tasting and highest quality protein. I've done some research myself and have found that the higher the protein content and the smoother the texture (which gives it a better taste) the more expensive it is to produce.

  • one of my raw vegan friend uses this...and says it taste really good...I will try it one day..

  • 20% Iron? Isn't that chronic for men? Will there be a NO IRON version soon?
