This happened because of a poor organization. As you can see the president of the region -see his pictures in the yellow boxes- was giving this food for free. But this guy did not asked the police for help in organizing the event and that was the consequence.

Unfortunately there a lot of poors in my country and they are the ones that go to this kind of events. A grandma died to have a big 4-dollars bread for Christmas... that's awful.
