1) Get iTunes 7.0 (or above)
2) Add songs to library
3) Right-click on song
4) Choose Get Album Artwork
If that doesn't work find the image you want to use go back to iTunes and drag it onto the empty box when the song is selected.

you have to use a program like windows media player to add the pictures yourself unless you by the music.
