    #2 Yes. I don't do much endurance crunches now, because it's not very related to the sports I'm doing.

  • @MyChannel387 For example you did your maximum amount of reps for crunches could you make a video showing the maximum number of reps you can do of leg lifts?

    Leg lifts are an exercise where your legs are flat of the ground and you lift them 90 degrees into the air and back down again

    No I don't think I'll make one with that exercise. I do mostly very specific exercises that are beneficial for me and my sport. Endurance ab-training is not what I'm focusing on. But it was a creative proposal though.

  • wow .... spectacular! I read the comments and I would have 2 questions for you. Have you ever had cramps while they were doing? why not redo a video? maybe doing an abdominal weight

    When someone does this by looking back into the camera they are looking to see if the batteries to the camera are still working. So it isn't that she is jerking her head to gain momentum.  Iv'e done this myself.

  • I don't care if any of you could do 1000 sit-ups in 2 seconds... the fact of the matter is 8 full-contracted good form sit-ups in 3 sets (twice a week) & proper nutrition are enough to get great abs. I can do 3500 TV remote control button pushing in 10 seconds & get the abs I've always wanted in just 10 DAYS

    GUARANTEEEEEDDDDD.............

  • amazing! How long did it take you to get to 1000 (not the 20 min shown in the two vids). How many could you do when you started? Did it take a long time to build up to 1000 reps?

    Honestly, I don't know.. because I have never been training for the 1000. Just working out the abs and back twice a week for a while. I have always just done 100, but now I wanted to see how many I really could do :)

  • normally I use to breathe louder than you between 900-1000

  • Wow, how in the world did you keep track lol? I could count to 100 over and over, but then I would forget WHICH 100 I was on! Hey, I have a request, if you're still taking them. You chinups videos were very good, how are you at them now? Any improvement? Or if you can't do that, what about pushups? Anyway, just some ideas. Thank you Adistarhj!

  • I have my own technique. Like when I'm on 200, I put a little ''pressure'' on 2 of my fingers, and on 800, 8 of my fingers :-P
