@MyChannel387 For example you did your maximum amount of reps for crunches could you make a video showing the maximum number of reps you can do of leg lifts?
Leg lifts are an exercise where your legs are flat of the ground and you lift them 90 degrees into the air and back down again
No I don't think I'll make one with that exercise. I do mostly very specific exercises that are beneficial for me and my sport. Endurance ab-training is not what I'm focusing on. But it was a creative proposal though.
but your abdominal exactly how they train? ie how many series, how many reps ..... I recommend not let me down ... I am expecting a very hard workout .. ah ah ah :)
wow .... spectacular! I read the comments and I would have 2 questions for you. Have you ever had cramps while they were doing? why not redo a video? maybe doing an abdominal weight
When someone does this by looking back into the camera they are looking to see if the batteries to the camera are still working. So it isn't that she is jerking her head to gain momentum. Iv'e done this myself.
I don't care if any of you could do 1000 sit-ups in 2 seconds... the fact of the matter is 8 full-contracted good form sit-ups in 3 sets (twice a week) & proper nutrition are enough to get great abs. I can do 3500 TV remote control button pushing in 10 seconds & get the abs I've always wanted in just 10 DAYS
amazing! How long did it take you to get to 1000 (not the 20 min shown in the two vids). How many could you do when you started? Did it take a long time to build up to 1000 reps?
Honestly, I don't know.. because I have never been training for the 1000. Just working out the abs and back twice a week for a while. I have always just done 100, but now I wanted to see how many I really could do :)
I tried to get the full length video from the link, but even with Google doing the translation from Norwegian for me, I could not find the video! Did you take it down again? Once again, absolutely awesome work. MY abs hurt just watching you! LOL
Loved your latest plyometric video. Did you manage to get the link sorted out so you can share the 1000 crunch video in a single part? It is quite an achievement and I would love to have it all in one?
No problem. I had to ask as I don;'t suppose I will see this wonderful feat demonstrated again! And I can confidently say that I will never be able to achieve that! LOL :-)
Wow, how in the world did you keep track lol? I could count to 100 over and over, but then I would forget WHICH 100 I was on! Hey, I have a request, if you're still taking them. You chinups videos were very good, how are you at them now? Any improvement? Or if you can't do that, what about pushups? Anyway, just some ideas. Thank you Adistarhj!
could you tell me your ab workout routine?

could you consider a maximum leg lift video?
thereitisify 1 week ago
@thereitisify I'm not sure if I understand what you mean?
adistarhj 1 week ago
That is amazing, 2 questions
was this when you're abs were at there strongest?
and are you're abs stronger now? Do you think you could do more sit-ups now?
MyChannel387 3 weeks ago
@MyChannel387 Thanks ;)
#1, No, this was almost 2 years ago.
#2 Yes. I don't do much endurance crunches now, because it's not very related to the sports I'm doing.

Do you ever do weighted crunches?
dude58677 3 months ago
@dude58677 Yes now I do, but not 2 years ago, when I recorded this.
adistarhj 3 months ago
@adistarhj
How much weight do you use? Also do you put the weight behind your head or on your chest?
dude58677 3 months ago
@dude58677 Depends on how many reps, sometimes on the chest and sometimes behind the head :)
adistarhj 3 months ago
@adistarhj
How many llbs.?
dude58677 3 months ago
@dude58677 As I told you! it depends on how many reps.
adistarhj 3 months ago
@adistarhj
Of course it depends but what weight did you use for behind the head and how many reps?
dude58677 3 months ago
@dude58677 It varies depending on what time of the year it is :)
