kindo failed design... because who would NOT use their iphone and flip it upside down for 2 hours?. they should make a seperate panel that is wired.

only the phone's screen is sensitive to sun damage ,with this device you put the iphone in the sun but fliped over so only its back faces sun (thats where the photovoltaic cells of the device are)..

you can probably charge it without it being plugged into the iPhone

@pubtor You do not have to put your iphone in the sun you can simply detach your charger and then put that in the Sun instead.
