sorry dude i mean your going to eat it so to each their own but you said in the discription "thai style ingredients" the only thing i saw that was somewhat thai style was the coconut cream. No fish sauce, wtf is with the tomato sauce??, No love really, like i said tho your gunna eat it so if you like it whatever lol i think if you like this food you should just study it a little learn about the balance of salty, sweet, sour and spicy which is thaai food and dont overcook ur vegies like u did :)
simmering for 15 minutes doesn't call "in a hurry" If you take up to 20mins to cook this. I better cook more properly coz this is no different from Pasta sauce with Chilli paste!!!
U just turned thai food into wilted bag salad that no one would buy or eat Dx it takes less time to make the real thing for that matter, so having no time isn't even an excuse.
I'll have to learn how to use a wok, that looks awesome. I tried some bottled red thai curry sauce, but it was terrible. Maybe I could make my own, like this.
I worked in a Thai restaurant. Other than grinding your own paste by hand and tomato, this is pretty authentic with the kaffir lime leaves and corriander. The Thais use what's on hand, local veggies. Good job mate, I'd have a bowl or two. Looks great!
