@kenskyschulz1979 Nope, I already have way too many weasels copying everything I create - including large public training companies in Australia, so I think it's better if the slides stay on my desktop for now :)
@IsleBeeBach No I can understand that. But still many thanks for the effort and time you invested for the community. By the way how much of this content deviated from the 2011 edition, or is it already updated?
@kenskyschulz1979 No problem! I'm actually working on some update presentations as we speak. ITIL v3:2007 (v3.0) and ITIL v3:2011 (v3.1) are basically the same, but v3.1 looks a bit tidier and some of the nonsense of Service Strategy and CSI received a bit of a clean-up. I'll start posting the update videos mid February so keep an eye open for them ;)
Firstly your ITIL V3 Video's are first class and better than any accredited training courses that I have been on. Your video are easy to understand and absorb the concept of ITIL V3.
It would be good if you could categorize all the video's in their relevant locations, i.e. all The Service Design Video's under a Category called "Service Design" and all the Service Strategy under a Category called "Service Strategy" and so on for all the areas of the ITIL V3 Life Cycle.
@italomaia I'm aware of this issue and you'll notice that all my more recent videos have better sound quality. All videos are only first cuts and once the full series is completed I'll start making improvements to them. Thanks for you feedback as it's highly appreciated.
The videos are really helpful. Thanks for your effort and time. Are the slides available somewhere online?

Great visualization of ITIL concepts. Why don't they teach like this in public courses?
