Neuner needs to practice shots. This is her weakness. If she can get the shots right, nobody else can catch her in biathlon for next 10 years. I noticed Neuner misses shots and conceives penalty even in her Gold medal runs! Imagine what could she do if she were clean in her shots too!

Ole Einar Bjørndalen missed 5 on a world cup sprint in Lahti a few years ago. He called it "rather poor shooting" :P I think Uschi Disl missed 5 on last shooting in a pursuit or mass start in a championsship. I think it was Polkjukar when Liv Grete Poiree won.
