As usual, this guys advice is garbage.

Here's my take on it..

1) Be an "alpha male" and a leader (make decisions, be confident etc)

2) Demonstrate higher value (you can do this through stories)

Example, if you meet 2 people and you're told that one is a janitor and the other is an owner of a nightclub .. who will you respect more?

Everyone wants to align themselves with high status people and you need to convey this.
