A comedian is only as funny as the audiance he's performing for. Bill is bombing here. His jokes are not working in this early morning studio setting. Same routine that he performed on the Wendy Williams TV show, where he was very funny because the audiance wanted to laugh. Here, he looks silly. Not his fault.
