Ahh.. det er så det fer i meg å sjå dessa biletane. Eg var her i vesle barnrøynda mi..gamle gode Numedal. Lafta svalgangshus frå 1700-talet, eg hugsar me gjekk tørrskodd innandørs etter far mi tende opp i elden. Då var det godt med skonrokk i gammelstugu. Då låt bonden hevda frå kyra stå og gjekk så inn til duka bord. Nu for tida bur eg i Gudbarandsdalen, gamle fagre Ringsvea med utsyn over Jotunheimen.
The houses in front of the church are the two only remaining houses of the Farm of the priest; a rebuildt storehouse (oldest part from maybe 15th century?), and the living house which was a local school until 1967 (yes, nineteen sixty seven). The rest of the houses are moved to the site since 1985 to make up a farm as they used to be towards the end of the 19th century in the area. The 'toilet' house was moved recently, and to my meaning is disturbing in front of the church...
