Alot of practice, daily. I don't do it anymore, unfortunately...my speed and endurance is majorly lacking. I wish I could still play this fast. 230 is pretty fast; 250 is even faster and harder.

My playing like a roller coaster, sometimes I'm practicing alot and pretty fast and sometimes (like right now) I'm not playing much at all and am not very fast. Oh well.
