On the chords (in the order you name them/ask what they are)-

The first one, as you said, is a D minor 7th

The second one, by the looks of it, is an A#/Bb dominant 7th

The third one, by the looks of it, isn't an A major 7th and is actually an A dominant 7th

The fourth one looks like an F major

The fifth one is, yes, a C major

I also think I saw a G dominant 7th in there at some point - but you didn't mention it - near the end of the verse.
