I used to do something like this. I would drive up through a drive through and order ketchup. When they tell me I have to buy something to get ketchup, I'd offer to pay for the ketchup, or buy something. And when I got only two or three packs, I'd complain "No no, this seriously will not be enough! I have 15 kids!"

Another time, I got fries, and asked for more ketchup and they tried to charge me, so left, got a large container of ketchup and stood around offering free ketchup to people.
