You have two possibilities.1) buy a rail to put on the side, but often those rails are not so accurate because they are not in the middle but a little bit to the right(20€). 2) there is a scope called POSP, that is made right for the dragunov... I've just ordered one and i'll see how will it works(from 120€ to 300€) there are two models: 4x24(cheaper) and 8x42(more expensive) hope i've helped you.
