No. The character 'Old Bill' is a combination of some of the fellows I have talked to 'Under the Bridge' over the past 10 years. Some of him is my Dad and some parts are guys that are not homeless but I have observed over the years. Yeah, Cess was a wag alright. Thx for your comment. Cheers Greg
