i lived through this storm,i was 6 months pregnant and every ceiling that was in my home ..came down!!! me and my husband and 3 other children had to tie sheets one to another to get out and not be swept away!!!!!! i still cry because of so many people that i once knew is gone due to this storm. BREAKS MY HEART EVERY TIME I THINK ABOUT IT

Some people weren't able to get out. I'm sure if they could they would have left. Well, I would of hoped they would leave. They probably just assumed it wasn't that bad even though it was evident that it was a very serious hurricane.

The problem and conspiracy is that the levees were broken, breached. Who did it?

From peoples personal experiences, some felt the severity was played down for them. Others felt they didn't need to evacuate, as they had been through this so many times.

The answer is in the aftermath. Why were people listening to that ex KKK governor who doesn't deserve mentioning who was stirring up racial tensions?

It was always about getting Black people out, regardless of whether a few white people were sacrificed.
