I have a e46 325i :) i love it to death, got K&N cold air intake, and a supercharger, along with a few tunes... best car i have ever owned... i can race mustang gt's and put them in their place straight line, and i can beat challengers srt's if their are some turns. on a track it performs beautifully

beautiful car. my e36 328is was just wrecked, so i'm currently looking into a e46 325ci that looks exactly like this one. did you do any modifications, or just leave it stock?

@dan34246 thanks, try to get one in manual. not too many performance mods except for a k&n air filter, pilot sport ps2 tires, and polyurethane lower control arm bushings. i fit in an auxillary audio input for the stereo, about 10$ in parts.

Great video, being an owner of a E46 I can appreciate why you love your car so much, mine is only a 318i but has done 185,000 with no major problems, same exhaust and clutch etc. Great cars.

@ColinPRS i upgraded to a 335i E90 6 speed manual. my sister drives this car now, i still prefer the E46 look over the E90. im working on a video for the 335i, similar to this one

@3312cdfp5674 The 335i must be a wonderful car, but petrol here has become so expensive I'd struggle to run one, we are paying about £6 a goolan, I believ that's about $9 ! I really like the shape of the E90 and hopefully will upgrade to one later this year, but the specialist I use prefers the ride of the E46. Thanks for replying.

@dillionandrice yes they did as part of the face lift. all 2004-2006 e46 coupes with sport package have them OEM , otherwise they're yellow instead of clear. the rear lights will fit yours but the front wont. bavauto.com has the rear led lights for 350 and clear front corner blinker for 50. but im sure you could find them for even cheaper.

I love my 328i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $170 and add up to 9HP in the E46 323/325/328 and up to 13.9HP in the 330. That's about $17/per extra HP... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

E30 series: 6.0-13.4hp gain

E36 series: 5.5-12hp gain

E46 series: 6.0-13.9hp gain

E92 series: 8.5+ hp gain

Z3/Z4 (all): 5.5-13.9hp gain

I have the same car but in the sedan version (e46 325i) and I get 21-23 with a "slight" heavy foot in the city and have gotten UP to 35 mpg on the freeway (babying for gas) but I usually average about 31. I get pretty constitant numbers since I live only 5 miles from where I work and I make a 1,000 mile trip (NM to CA) about 5 times a year. Overall, Iv been nothing but pleased with the car...

I read somewhere longtime ago, that the U.S. spec cars have different brakes and a limiter. On the bright side you have factory cupholders, which mine has not.

I reached 247 kph (measured with a Garmin GPS) with 205/55 R16 tyres, with the 225/45 R17 I hit the limiter flat out :p (tested this by trying to chase a S 63 AMG)

The 325Ci is one of the best E46 engines, no oil consumption an enough power fo everyday driving.

New tires are Michelin Pilot sport PS2, I also added an Aux Jack directly into the radio, and Emblem overlays in dynamic blue and silver

What did u use to edit the video? How did you speed it up in some scenes?

@renewer i use Final Cut Pro to edit (cut/lengthen/shorten..etc) the video and i use "color" (part of FCP) for the color editing. theres also alot of filters that you can use.

a little hard to learn at first but once you learn to use it, u can definitely tell it is a superior video editor

@renewer yup, i use "color" u can guess what it does by it's name. Filters are on Color. i used multipy, bleach, film look, and sharpen, smooth step. . the multply and bleach are probably the most important.
