Remember when you do the swiping motion you have to keep your leg straight. Try to kick your leg like straight into your face it wont actually hit your face but it'll give you air.
Can i ask a question is the floor rough better or smoother better cause my house floor is amade of a smooth material so its hard to do or i am juz noob
@LittleMKing I would say strong abdominal & oblique muscles are key due to the movement of the hips in the flare. However, the flare is mostly muscle memory like pretty much every bboy move.
why the hell does my groin area hurt so much when i do the flare.. can you help me to get rid of the pain? or can you tell me if you had something like this too
@TheSilentAssassin5 well if you look at his windmill tutorial and this then you can see he basically says windmills, as they shud take a week or two if practiced correctly a flare he said can take months. On top of that he said that flares are different than windmills in that when you have a windmill you can easily continue onto 2 or 3 etc. but with flares you have to learn to get a second one so it's harder, despite all this, it all depends on the person. You cud just find the flare easier!
@caMix3NoMusicNoLife If you keep practicing youll get better and better you dont need to be too strong to do this just not to out of shape and most of the key thing to flare is the kick and rest is just technique
@ilovemusic97ful Im a really skinny guy and a really short one as well. I always thought i couldnt break because of my lack of muscles but hey after i started and got hooked i realized that it doesnt matter alot if you dont. Im still skinny but i have more power on my own weight
how am i suppose to transition between windmills or airflares into flares if my flares are counter clockwise and my windmills and airflares are clockwise
