I Just Saw The Logo Today On The 1980's Twilight Zone Marathon On Sci-fi Channel, It was very neat to see it on cable tv, and 2 episodes had the CBS Broadcast International Logo come before the CBS Television Distribution Logo! and they didn't even plaster them as well! So probally it was previsouly distributed either by King World or MGM Television, before CBS Television Distribution distributed the show.
This makes me think of my Grandma... she was a CBS freak... watched it everyday, and never missed an episode of anything, and I just remember watching this one day and she told me to always think of her anytime this would come on.
I guess that this logo is from "Charmed" in which it was not shown in the TNT showing, but TNT still airs "Charmed" with the Paramount TV logo from the first few seasons, it will not plastered, if it's a good idea, maybe this CBS TV distribution logo will plaster all of the Paramount TV logo from the first few seasons of "Charmed" and put the logo right here along with the rest of the entire series.
CBS Corporation merged KingWorld, CBS Paramount Domestic Television, and CBS Paramount International Television together to form CBS Television Distribution, retiring the King World name.
@masterproxl That's why both Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune uses the CBS Television Distribution closing card. They where originally run by KingWorld, but CBS bought out that company.
Starting with the second season of "The Fugitive", now available on DVD, this logo is seen at the end of every episode, but this logo is in black-and-white. The first season episodes of that said series on DVD ended with the warp-speed version of the CBS Paramount TV "Wallpaper" logo, also in black-and-white.
When VIACOM separated CBS and Paramount into two companies, the distribution end became "CBS Television Distribution" {which replaced "Paramount TV" and "King World"}, and "CBS/Paramount Television" on the production end {eliminating "CBS Productions" and "Paramount Television"}...
CBS Television Distribution must have taken over nearly everything on syndication lately. All the Paramounts, Sony Pictures King Worlds that used to close the show now use this now. I've seen it end on Montel Williams, Entertainment Tonight, Wheel of Fortune and other shows as of late. It must be a billion dollar umbrella they have now buying all those other companies!!!!
Cool! Say, can you please upload several variants of this logo that was seen at episodes of "Star Trek: The Original Series - Remastered"? I can't wait to see them!

I understand that the international equivalent of CTD is CBS Studios International. If it's possible, I'd like to see a CSI tag...
