I like when you talk more about the math of it all then going through licks note for note... Personal preference I guess. I like learning licks by ear...
Music is math, because every living thing in nature is math. It's sad how math is teached in school, nobody gets interested in it, but math is everywhere. Trees, flowers, humans, animals, universe, music, way of living your life,...
your videos are great, but how about making a somekind of glossary of terms you use in your website. english is not my native language and sometimes it's hard to follow what you mean. for example double-stop is not familiar for me. if you do that i promise to buy your books in the near future :)
i´m a medium-advanced guitarrist and i have to say that i really appreciate your lessons, you make them easy and very accurate and i always find something interestting in them, thank you very much for the time you take to make us better guitar players
Obviously people who are interested in what Andrew has to say don't care about length. His videos are full of info and valuable skills, so lengthy videos are actually more sought after if you ask me.
Andrew somehow manages to fill every minute of his videos of valuable "inside" information, not like other "teachers", which repeat the same boring stuff and you stop watching the video after the first 2 minutes. Andrew is a never-ending source of tips and tricks, and that's what makes hiw videos WORTH watching! 5/5
I cant find part 1 :(

Lick #2 is so tasty! Thank you a lot for everything Andrew! You're teaching me more for free than when I took guitar lessons for a year!

It's not like he dillydallies around. He can't really make the videos shorter without reducing the amount of information in them.
