  • excellent.... excellent.... excellent... Take them everywhere... Put them on the Lower Dan Tien and feel your pulse empty into them through the fingers. Then rotate an imaginary ball 36 times clockwise and reverse, the Circle forward and reverse.... they will heat up as will your hands.... use them when stimulating your energizing accupoints before and after training. SI 11, LI 10, ST31, 36, GV 14, C7.... then perform Static Qigong of 6 Gates, silkreel the seven stars, then compassion meditate.

    Nice work on the drills here! A few of these (such as the Crow posture in the beginning) are part of my system's internal training. I also do alot of work on the fingertips as well. The hammer drills are new for me and I'm looking forward to training that when I come up that way. I ordered a set of Baoding balls, so I'll be working those too. I've been shadowboxing alot this week as well, training the snake concepts. I'll be shooting you an email soon.
