This is Sky News Australia, not Sky News (UK). Although, Sky is of course based in the UK, they also have a channel in Australia. I think they must show the Sky News (UK) channel overnight or something, which is why Steve Dixon is presenting.

That is correct, although Sky UK (BSkyB) only owns 33% of Australia's News Channel (Sky Aus).

Uhhh, yes it is... why wouldn't it be?!? The time was 4 in the UK, and 3 in Aust. Whichever time you go on it is still a top of the hour lol.
