@the666misfit666 Glenn disbanded the misfits then started Samhain. Samhain got the attention of Rick Rubin at the new music seminar in 1987 and offered to sign them. Glenn then changed the name from Samhain to Danzig.

Eh, he's too much of a self-righteous blow hard--crying about Danzig using demonic imagery in Samhain, and Danzig. He's just mad because he wasn't along for the ride. He acts like the Misifts were some Christian rock band, it was all good when he played bass on songs like Demonomania, Mommy Can I Go Out and Kill Tonight, and Last Caress which weren't exactly Christian like.

I'm sure Jerry has a great side. But out of due respect for this band, I had to walk out of one of their recent shows. I won't get passed the fact that Glenn's project got usurped by Jerry. Even though Jerry's fam funded the deal, Glenn did a ton of footwork, not to mention actually START the band... Glenn was the soul behind it. Jerry is a business man.... so goodbye to punk rock.

nah danzig left and then the misfits came back with michale graves as the frontman jerry was still the bass player then michale graves left and now jerry is the bass player and the "singer"

hopefully they will get a new frontman in time...

now its jerry, robo and dez (black flag) they are still a pretty ok band but nothin like the old days.
