Well, also, it's intel - who have access to unlimited CGI equipment. Secondly, I'm a CG and 3D artist myself, and there are telltale signs in the specular shading on the bells, the way the actors move, and other things. Thirdly, these guys are the actual Intel research guys, not trained stuntmen.

But here's how you can tell it is a fake:

The lengths of the hanging chimes do not fit the sounds we hear!

The 'Intel chime' as heard when they hit the cylinders is (alomst):

A, D-G D-A (=La, Re-Sol Re-La) (actually it is closer to: Ab, Db-Gb Db-Ab)

So you would expect the lengths of the 1st and 5th cylinders to be equal, and then the 2nd and the 4th should also be equal.

With the lengths seen on the clip we should hear a different tune

Also, those hits would have knocked them out, because the change of direction was too abrupt. Instead, I suggest that even though this advertising project has its flaws, it is an entertaining final product. :)

I don't think this is fake - it's a continuous shot - you see them getting shot out, the camera pans over alongside them, and without stopping, they get up

The only iffy part is the fact that the closest guy is shot first, and the others follow - doesn't look quite right.

Depends if you work in graphics editing at all. If you do, this is poorly done. The tweening of the "rockets" to the "bells" (which are wholly computer generated) is really poorly done. Just look at the amount of affected blur when they move - done to symbolize movement without looking realistic. Also look out for the overt programmed tracking of the camera from 1:06 - 1:15. There is no movement on the Z-axis at all.

I, too, hate the kids who cry FAKE all the time. But this is just poorly done.

1: Launch velocity most likely too high for human, internal organs fail.

2: Bell impact speed most certainly fatal.

3: @1.22 you can see how the 2nd guy magically flips around and lands on his back on the mat, instead in the position he hit the bell (upside down, back on the bell but lands face forward on his back).
