Tennis is all about matchups, and Djokovic is a very good match up for Marat. He is a rhythm player that hits fairly flat and with good pace, which plays into Marat's hands because he is also a flat, rhythm player that doesn't like the slice and off-speed stuff. Yeah, for him to beat Djokovic here, as Djokovic was up to that point of the season, 2nd best in terms of play behind Nadal, and this was Djokovic's 2nd best season, after this year (2011), it was huge for Marat!!!
