Hey Brian, thanks for the videos. How about phone interviews? Many people are looking to teach English overseas and often times a phone interview is all we will get, so what are some tips you can offer for this type of interview? Obviously there isn't eye contact and you can't gauge any visual feed back, so what say you. Thanks in advance for your reply.

in the past i had the problem that my answer have been just a bit too long :) i've practiced to stay on point and really just answering the question not more not less. the more i talked to more i lost my structure..lol. very good info, thank you!
