@DarthSquidward Kenner got 4-LOM and Zuckuss mixed up back then. Hasbro even made modern day versions with the wrong names too for C5 last year. (on purpose of course)
@DarthSquidward if you knew about star wars toy history, you would probably understand that back then they didn't have the right names, kenner made all the names of the ones whos names aren't mentioned, zuckuss was 4-loms name back then and 4-lom was zuckuss's name back then.but they chose 4 lom for the droid because of the ''4'' and gave the organic the name zuckuss.so look up your stuff next time so you wont look so ignorant:)
Reading this wil shock die hard Star Wars fans. Ever wondered what Palitoy did to the figures that didn't sell during 1985? They threw them on a tip close to where I live, soon after our school was flooded with so many Star Wars figures, the teachers banned everything Star Wars. The kids were trading them. Most of the figures were common stormtroopers and droids but sometimes you'd see a Han Solo or a Leia. Never knew of any vehicles being traded.
@WKRPinCINN I know, shocking isn't it. Palitoy's head factory was in Coalville which is inbetween where I live and Leicester city centre. Believe it or not, Star Wars figures hit an all time low after jedi and although there was the Droids and Ewoks cartoons, Star Wars didn't begin to reach it's height until the mid 90's, that's when the prices began to rocket. At the school, children had pockets bursting with Star Wars figures.
Somewhere down the line, during the production of the 4-LOM and Zuckuss action figures back in the early 80's, there was a mistake in printing. The result was 4-LOM was called Zuckuss and Zuckuss was called 4-LOM. The expanded universe corrected it (and confused a bunch of us in the process) some time in the late 90's. I still call them by the names they were originally given (misprint aside) back in the early 80's.

i remember getting Admiral Akbar for 5 proof of purchases. This was after the release of Empire and Lucas was titling his new movie, at the time, "Revenge of the Jedi." It was later changed to make it sound better.
That was the excuse given to Fox so they would back off when George wanted to change it, however, Anakin was returning to the Jedi order at the end through his redemption and that was the real reason for the title. But explaining that would have leaked the plot's end to the media and they would have spoiled it for movie-goers.
no- Wil has a specially marked package- this is some sort of love child between Hugh Grant and Tony Bonnaduci- number 26 i think in fact- its getting harder and harder to collate since China took over
Dude, I know, I know. Numb is ..... with his language...sort of cool....but dude! Why would we want this shithead like action figure!!?? At least if it could talk, but he's not!! seriously.
That promo was also in the U.K. i actually sent off for him and he came in a plain white box. I was so happy to have him as ROTJ had just come out it was cool figure back then because it was a mail away.
Dam i wish i had that display set in the 80s

@commanderbacara198 not exactly, because kenner made their names but because of the ''4'' it had to be a robot.

Actually it was changed due to the fact that a Jedi does not take revenge.
