  • what about meats and grains?

  • Hey there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin got detailed Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it

  • I hear cranberry juice and complex carbs are ok, like oatmeal? How much is okay?

  • Berries often contain a ton of mold, thus it is best to eat fruits that have a lower mold-risk (ones with peels)

  • So how in the world are u supposed to get enough calories on the diet he proposes!? An example of his diet (for each meal) would be helpful. Im trying to do 801010 right now and it says no beans/legumes and to emphazise sweet fruits. Ugh, I hate this conflicting info!

  • can extreme brain fog be a problem caused be this, i was drinking eating a lot of sugar and hammmering my body with physical activity and noticed this symptom got worse and worse, ive been cutting out carbs and sugars and eating a lot of greens. Ive noticed it has gotten a lot worse because of the die off, its like im drunk all day, so it has to be candida, I just wanted your opinion and any other suggestions u might have. i also tried apple cider vinegar but that didnt work

  • Ouch! 6 months on a strict diet seems close to impossible...

  • @yelkaim1 i need advice pls...since im going into the gym i need carbs and proteins to get bigger..i dont use any suplements or so..i got nasal polyps and my ent told me its probably cos of the alergy or the fungal...but honestly i think its fungal...ive noticed that turmeric powder ginger and garlic help me A LOT with my breathing..so can you tell me what carbs i can eat?rice?beans?potatoes?can i drink teas?green tea or black?herb teas or so?pls anwser

  • are apples okay to eat?

  • other than sugar, what about eggs, meat, cheese, butter, milk, potatoes and fried food? should i stop eating them or they wont effect?

  • Eating nothing but fruits got rid of my candida and cleaned out my lymphatic system. Fruit is a simple sugar and yeast love fermented sugar....stay away from complex carbs like cheese and bread.

  • This is insane. Everyone needs to read the 80 10 10 Diet by Douglas Graham. How the fuck are you gonna get enough calories for the day if you eliminate sweet fruit? Candida is caused by a high fat, processed junk food diet, NOT by sweet fruit. So why is eliminating sweet fruit is a part of the solution? Eliminate all the crap food and all the high fat foods that traps sugar in the bloodstream and causes candida to overgrow. The diet you are recommending here is anorexic, binge-prone diet.

  • @HrapovikPlush

Do you have candida? What he's saying is likely based on research of people with candida. Sugar (of any kind) is a no-no. The symptoms can be severe for some.

  • @CosmoHunter24 I used to have candida but got rid of it. High carb/low fat vegan diet (fruits, veggies, and whole grains only). This guy is prescribing a binge-prone, atkins style, anorexic diet. Watch "Understanding Candida with Doug Graham" here on Youtube to see what Im talking about. Isn't it crazy how people with candida follow these starvation diets and still suffer from candida years later? Candida is only a problem on a high fat diet. Candida lives in everyone and it has a purpose.

  • I developed candida due to stress, despite eating a mostly raw, organic, veg diet. I recently went to a traditional Chinese acupuncturist for candida, which he called "cold damp" or excess phlegm. He recommended cooking vegetables for a while. Even though you lose some enzymes, etc., it's important to speed up your digestion first to start clearing out the system. I'll see how it goes and transition back to raw when I start seeing improvement.

  • Yaaaaaaaah! Finally someone talks about diet :) I don't know how many self advertising vids I watched before this. Thumbs up and favorited

  • Brilliant!

  • Really good content!! Thanks for sharing!

  • can water fasting fix the candida problem?

  • so you can eat nuts on this diet I read other sites saying to stay away from nuts aswell cause of starches

  • Even vegetables have sugar, if every form of sugar has to be eliminated what can be done about vegetables??

  • Ive been on this diet for 4 months, and my symptoms are still getting worse. I havent had any fruit, yeast containing foods, sugary foods, or any of the other candida feeders. I went as far to eliminate beets carrots corn and potatos

What would u say is the problem?

  • @FudgeBison What are your symptoms? Maybe you have H Pylori.

  • hey thanks for the upload , what would you recommend eating during a colon cleanse ? and whats a definate no no

  • To me most doctors are bone heads. Ever met a doc who would warn you of the danger of taking anti biotics? I asked the last doc "any side effects and or concerns taking this stuff" He replied with "nothing to worry about". Actually I knew about the danger of yeast over growth, but I thought of asking him anyway, see where he was at. Problem with doctors is, they approach the human body as a robot. Blood test is good, so you should feel "good".

  • ATTENTION

All those who are trying to cure candida.. the culprit is not sugar, but it is actually fat. High fat diet + fruits = terrible reactions. Low fat diet + fruits = curing candida the fastest and most effective way..

You can research it try google.. it is true. Don't listen to people saying they need to eliminate fruits. Eat a very low fat diet, and you can eat all the fruit you want.

  • @renerdrat Fruit is not the culprit of anything. High fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, aspartame, sucralose, corn syrup solids, cane syrup, brown rice syrup, refined white sugar, refined brown sugar, agave syrup, etc, etc, etc... Those are the types of sugars that cause Candida problems. I was eating all of that crap, and I had Candida very, very bad. It was eliminating those toxins that cured my Candida. Eliminating some fats does have benefits, but refined sugar is #1 killer.

  • @artzphoenix Hey, so were you still eating fruit while recovering? How much?

  • i'm on very strict anti candida diet and i try to keep my carbs at 20g/day or less. even with low carb veggies it adds up fast. there's no way i could eat just veggies.

the body doesn't need much carbs to function, it can make it's own for the little it needs. when you give up carbs, your body switch to fats as source of fuel.

  • Thanks. Great information! (plus, not bad to look at) heehee.

  • I have been on a very strict anti candidia diet for almost a whole year. It takes one month of healing for every year you've been sick. I have 2 more years to go. I have no fruit, dairy or any carbs except for low carb veggies. I consume 6 tbs of coconut oil a day plus lots of butter and am healing and doing great.

  • Thanks, i found this very informative.

  • I have candida man, im only 19 i have been on a NO SUGAR NO CARBS diet for two and a half months! When i say no sugar or carbs i mean nothing, just straight meat with no seasoning, just salt and pepper and veggies. What do you suggest or how much longer do you suggest I go on this diet? ps. I think it was systemically because it was terrible with oral thrush and everything caused from antibiotics and too much pasta im assuming. respond back pls. Thanks

  • @civicjdm11 Also take anti yeast supplements, plenty of stuff available like "caprylic acid, garlic" and so on. It can take a while, but no longer than 6 months.

  • what about quinoa?

  • Raw food is great, as the high fiber and high chlorophyll will generally keep the colon moving, but a mild candida problem can persist easily under these condidtions, and you don't want to fool around with candida. It is nasty.

  • please tell me what do i do about low blood sugar when i stop eating any form of sugar?

  • Too much fat in the system helps candida to grow, not the sugar from raw fruits.

  • I suffer from candida, it's a nightmare, it just never fully goes away, on top of that, I AM A LONGTIME SWEET TOOTH GUY...EXTENSIVE USE OF broad spectrum antibotics caused this candida dilhema I am in. Eating raw foods for six months is a bit harsh, steaming them helps without loosing too much nutrional values. Red organic clove t tea is an excellent herbal supplimen to fight candida, raw garlic as gross as it sounds, it helps. Some these candida diets are dagerous though, we require some sugars

  • Great sources of probiotics, for raw foodists who can tolerate dairy, are raw milk kefir and yogurt. Both are making my gut much happier.

  • i think my Candida problem sarted after chain drinking diet sodas a year ago, acidophlus took care of it, but it came back this summer, it shows itself in oral thrush, the alkaline/raw diet is working bigtime, good info, good videos

  • thank you! very helpful :)

  • Also, Pau d'Arco tea or capsule and Enzymedicas Candidase. It eats the candida both locally in the gut and systemically without leaving you with any die off effects.

  • 6 months *sigh* along with leakygut syndrome.

  • dont listen to this guy, your body cannot go six months without sugar

  • @superrain1982

He clearly mentioned certain fruits are ok specifically berries. Blue berries are great!

  • This is very informativel. Before this, I had very limited knowledge about Candida. I don't suffer from it, thankfully. From the sounds of it, it could potentially be something very hard to handle.
