  • THE SOUTH LOST GET OVER IT! SOMETIMES I WISH THEY COULD JUST ANNEX AND STAY AWAY FROM THE USA, YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND EMBARRASSMENT. THE SOUTH HAS THE FATTEST, MOST IGNORANT RACIST PEOPLE

  • @faepmagn7 Well guess wat theres alot people startin to wish the south had won the war because maybe the economy would be better and most of you yankees are ass holes anyway theres a sayin southern hospitality because were nice to ppl never heard northern hospitality because half of u are a buncha asses

  • there couldnt be a better song for the video almost as if they were made for eachother

  • The Confederate States of America, in the second War of Independence, was decimated and occupied by an invading Federal army. Winning does not mean that side was right. It only means it had military superiority. The winning side also writes the history. That explains why most people have never understood the true issue of states rights vs. central authority i.e. Washington D.C.. Slavery is a straw man argument designed to divert attention. My proof....your Federal Government, today!?!

  • the south shall rise again

  • I dont know why people are getting pissed over this. i for one am a colored person and most of my friends are Southern born believers but that dont give me a reason to slander them. In other words if you dont like americas history then get the fuck out

  • I'm a Civil war reenactor and I only portray the Confederacy.....Deo Vindice!

  • Hillbilly racist rednecks...you stand for and represent one of the worst parts of this nation. Hope you enjoy seeing your little delusion continue to crumble into nothing. You won't be missed.

  • @Everett27x The worst part of this nation is your glorious Washington D.C.. The only thing I'll be seeing crumble soon is the U.S., enjoy it while it lasts boy I doubt the U.S. will last till 2013, unless something radical is done. Don't worry though no nation will miss the U.S..

  • Shut up you yankees

  • niggers arnt black people niggers are people who are worthless peices of shit

  • @nh5662 As a black kid, I 100% agree with this

  • this is what us red necks like 1 moonshine 2 _̅_̅_̅(̲̲̲̲̲̅̅̅̅̅̅(̅_̅_̲̅м̲̅a̲̅я̲̅i̲̅j̲̅u̲̅a̲̅n̲̅a̲̅̅_̅_̅_̅() 3 beer 4 BIG ASS TRUCKS!

  • @DustyDylan no redneck likes drugs u idiot they then become white trash and im a redneck from the south!!!!

  • I spent 2 months in North Carolina this summer...seen many Confederate flags...and even though I'm a Yankee, I felt proud for my country!!

  • Proud heritage but the south isn't going anywhere anytime soon...my respects though form New York. to those who died on both sides.

  • whats with the racism, its history!enjoy the music you ketchup brained idiots if you where so smart you would be out and make a change

  • whats funny is that the yanks shipped niggers to haiti cause they didnt want them in the north livin with them and even honest abe himeself was part of this while ownin slaves himself and whats even better is niggers outta africa sold their ow people into slavery

  • Long Live The Confederacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sex before Dishonor !

  • It annoys me when people say this flag is racist. I'm not one bit racist, but I own a Confederate flag. That's just not what it stands for.

  • "Enslavement of Human Beings before getting of you ass."

  • @TrueTxGx 90% of blacks in the u.s. were free, 7% of the last 10% were owned by yankees.

  • @bigsasserify State your sources, i smell a troll. And what the fuck does "were free" mean you need a year or date smart one.

  • @TrueTxGx im not trolling, i was just making a statement, dumbass.

  • @TrueTxGx Sight your sources and give a date when the elegid yankee slave ownership majorirty occured and then you'll have an arguement.

  • @TrueTxGx Read The South was Right Cant remember first names But it was Written by 2 Brothers named Kennady.

  • @circlecityrabbit2004 i got no problem with yall trying to get the confederacy back together as long as you don't enslave anyone or fuck with the other states. but come on. leave ffdp out of this. they are strong amaricans

  • wolfsadfree it was a religious symbol before, but instead of a bunch of churchgoing, god fearing folk wearing it its a bunch of skinheads who get off at the sight of blood. i dont know much about his stache but i believe it. sorry for calling you an asshole, just misunderstanding

  • Rebel flags are disrespectful. You cant fly the rebel flag and stand on Old Glory's protections. so shut up... and drop your weapons... Because old glory gives you those rights ..not the rebel flag. Why wouldnt you wanna fly the flag of the winning side anyway? after all its the United States of Americas flag. no other greater in the world!! No more honerable. No one has the "right" to disrespect it!

  • @leettaarkills Freedom of speech, also to those such as I that stand with the Flag we see that in 1861 this no longer could be our country. The Southron states had and have every right to seccede. This country is now hated by every country because of its tyrrany. I stand with the South first after that I stand with Missouri and after that I reluctantly stand with the U.S. only because of my rights.

  • @wolfsadfree I pledge allegence. to the flag of the united states of america. and to the republic for which it stand, one nation, under god, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. I still believe in that. No other flag will do. right to succeed? well go for it. good luck with that. I am sure your state government will disagree. your respectful reply is a good one though. I too, stand with the United States, reluctantly at times. But no other flag will do.

  • @leettaarkills It was 1861 when the Southron states had secceeded and who knows maybe they'll do it again (atleast I trully hope they will seceede again). It was then that the Union began its first step in tyrrany. Not to be a prick or anything but God needs to be capitalized and thank you for your respectful comment sorry if I come of as a prick.

  • @wolfsadfree no you dont come off that way. I get it.. but for now... for me.. I respect our flag only. G as g is unintentional... typos. not to be mean or anything but southern has a e in it. Guess we really arent that different. but Ill stand on my views, and you stand on yours. I respect you as a person but we will agree to dissagree on flags and what they represent. Or reluctancy is the likeness. and it sounds like, for similar reasons.

  • @leettaarkills The ron at the end of South was intentional it's not considered "proper english" anymore. And I agree with the rest of your post

  • Let em know how to b a reel American. American people who have power and right to their own land, people of America which is not controlled as a puppet of the world economy. They mock the red color as the friend of slavery, but now you see who enslaves his own people and take the rights of others?

  • @DarknessInTheSoul They said slavery was "abolished" but how is that when after the Civil War there still were "slaves". You need to go watch the "Black Confederate". There's no need for all the anti-south rhetoric

  • i wish we had slaves again. screw em...

  • This is some fucked up shit. We fought in the civil war to bring the union back together. In the end it was really about the united states not the slaves although slave owning was a big contribution to the start of the war. Slavery was inhumane and I am glad that we became united once more and that later on in history, slavery was abolished. The South was just scared to give up their way of living which was to grow cotton crops and own slaves that they can become rich.

  • @DarknessInTheSoul Thats why I'm proud to say I have family that fought to abolish it. That and the other half wasn't in the states yet. @TheXtrasonix Because they're acting like a bunch of ignorant pricks blasting their "monkey music". Am I right?

  • deo vindice

  • seriously a swastika? do you even know what that symbolizes? the innhialation of millions of people, almost wipeing out an entire race, unless youve got blond hair and blue eyes you would have been next asshole

  • @dustinLenn actually I believe the swatstika was origionally used as a religious symbol but now it only stands for hatred, kind of funny how much Hitler ruined because his mustace was actually quite popular ten years or so before he rose to power but now its only known as the hitler stache

  • @YungWyte209 why the fuck would you put a swastika at the end you disturbed fuck

  • We had a few men who went to fight for the confederacy from what was then the Territiory of Nebraska. Actually i think the commander of the 1st Nebraska Militia, and a few of his men defected to the Confederacy.

    Long Live The Republic

  • maybe its time to get our freedoms that we lost back

  • redneck pride, the maker of this video needs to go finish school or read some books, dumb stupid fuck.

  • this guy needs a kit-cat

  • SARAH PALIN got a DEEP DRILLING by GLEN RICE..DRILL BABY DRILL

  • @Donkeyn00b "learn English".....Learn semantics,DIRTY HICKBILLY!

DIXIE FLAG=GOOD TOILET PAPER & SARAH PALIN LOVES BIG BLACK COCK

  • @HUMANSAREBENEATHME Palin is not even from the South so what is your point? You just wanted to be "YouTube Brave" and drop your opinion from a dark room in you mother's basment while simultaniously "looking" at pictures of chicks (or dudes we don't want to discriminate) you wish you could get. Type with both hands its easier. The Republican party has done more to destroy the foundation of this "country" (& I don't mean Slavery) than the dems. But the dems are running a very close 2nd.

  • @knitestalkers Palin has messianic popularity in the south, her sexual proclivity for BIG BLACK BASKETBALL PLAYER COCK, has me in ironical stitches....

DIXIE FLAG=GOOD TOILET PAPER & SARAH PALIN LUVS BIG BLACK COCK

  • @HUMANSAREBENEATHME Again what's your point? Palin has followers all over- I don't follow Palin nor do I care what she does. She is not in any office or running for pres. What is your obsession? Do You want to be Sarah Palin with all those big black cocks you keep going on about? Do you want to feel pretty? If you are going to say something atleast be insightful and original. Hate to break it to you- I have family that voted 4 Obama and fly the Dixie Flag. Don't strain your tiny mind on that 1.

  • Comment removed

  • @HUMANSAREBENEATHME there you go again thinking about Black Cock again! Seriously- just come out of the closet and stop being so obsecessed. We get it you love Black Cock and wish you were as pretty as Sarah Palin.... even if she is an idiot.

  • @HUMANSAREBENEATHME Oh yeah? ONLY YOU THINK SARAH PALIN IS THE CONFEDERATE!? YOU ARE WRONG, YOU ARE A ZERO TO THE LEFT, NOT PERFECT, AND PROUD OF NOTHING ...!! THIS WAS THE LAST TIME YOU TOOK IN MIND ...!!! STILL BELIEVE, DO NOT stop being an unhappy! CONFEDERATION VIVA!

  • I guess the real question is why are non pro Confederate people in here. Are they upset secretly that they don't have the same heros as others and want to tear them down for that reason .

  • Confederates Are pieces of Shit

  • There is a show right now on the history channel about the a bomb drop on Japan . This was wrong all the way around . When somethings wrong be willing to say it regardless of what side you are on . Always nice to see a Northener admit they weren't right in the WBTS or at least it's not as clean cut as one paragraph in a middle school textbook tries to make it out to be.

  • Owning human cattle, Raping children, Leeching off other poor whites as well. That is the legacy of the confederacy. How many confederate flags were raised proudly after the KKK burned churches and killed children. It makes me sick to here even a crappy hardcore song promote these ideas. I'm glad the boneheads in boston have no spine and don't come to shows anymore. Cheers.

  • Now if we could just get Disney to get him out of the park it would be nice. Regardless of the good people may feel he did it in no way allows him to be put on the pedestel like he is .

Can't believe they named an aircraft carrier after that dork . Guess they are so hard up for a hero they had to make one up as they went along . If 1/10th of what you have told me is true people should have some integrity and stop treating this hole like a saint .

  • @mollymu1 Was talking about Link -con

  • I am not a confederate, but i do have to say the slides go amazing with the song, what a good job on your part @circlecityrabbit2004

  • They had more justice here than they would of had in Africa . Have you ever even looked into that at all . ''in the world. I'm white, and I can tell 'ya, I can't think of much worse than knowing my entire life (and my descendant's) are pre-ordained by some scum bag, sitting on his porch and drinking mint juleps. Having no right to defend my family from being abused or sold off to some other lazy, scum bag, at any time, and for any reason, with no way to appeal to the rule of law, for justice

  • @mollymu1 Utter nonsense.

  • What about the statement by Longstreet ''That we should of let the slaves go and then started the war '' Did I hear that right ?

  • @mollymu1 Yeah, you heard that right. What about it? After they go defeated, Confederates tried to back track on what the war was about. Why do you think that neo-Confederates rarely discuss the secession declarations of their own states?

  • RON PAUL 2012!!! THE SOUTH WILL DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fuck the south

  • @BigDaddyfication Hey no need to cuss . If you don't like the South maybe you should blame your ancestors for keeping them around . We did get Jimmy Carter out of the deal ,remember . ;)

  • I don't understand why you should be proud of your race, or country, there is no point to it, just wasted energy and thought.

  • awesome song...cool video....too bad the south didn't have lots of trains, industry and immigrants like the north...nothing racist in this video just anger at the pigmen who run the circus here in the states...oh and governer is spelled with an o guys...lets not feed into anti-southern stereotypes....although i hate being a grammar nut

  • @OldSkoolThrasher666 If you want to know WHY the South didn't have trains, or industry...check out the book written by Southerner Hinton Rowan Helper in 1858..."The Impending Crisis In the South"...it is an indictment of the plantation economy, and how it was destroying economic opportunity, and progress in the South.

Not surprisingly, the book was banned in many places in the South.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Could southenerns read anyway ?

  • @mollymu1 Some could. Some couldn't.

  • @mollymu1 Some could, some couldn't.

  • They should gather up all the confederate flags and convert them into toilet paper, that is the only chance for a useful redemption that racist anti christ piece of crap will ever have

  • @BADDOOKUS Are you still having problems finding toilet paper in your country?

  • The more I read the posts in here & on other youtube sites the more I think a hunch I had might be right . I think the main reason for the war may of been people in one type of culture don't like /get along well with people in another type . In this case and maybe others an agrarian society versus a industrial society . I had wondered about this cause even though it is over simplified it reminds me of North versus South Vietnam , North versus South Korea . Not sure about other Civil Wars

  • @mollymu1 Problem with that theory...The North was as much of an agrarian society as the South, AND if the war was based on economics (outside of the issue of slavery) then frontier states or territories like CA, OR, CO, and NM, or Northern states with economies dominated by agriculture like PA, or OH, would have sided with the CSA, or at least, refused to send troops in support of the war. Fact is...the only states to join the CSA were slave states...why?

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Thanks for the info . Made some interesting points . Not sure about the North being as much of a farming society as the South . Think that may be off some . Good question about the only states to join were the slave states . But maybe they were the only ones being mistreated by new polices . I don't know. And there were 2-3 slave states that didn't join . To be fair you should of mentioned that . Guess it is confussing all around .

  • @mollymu1 "WV" was created un-constitutionally and without a people's vote those that fought for the south from there fought for Virginia. And Lincoln sent his tax men in guess how that went over in "Unionist" WV... lol... WV Occupied, Missouri Occupied-actually betrayed by legislature that promised Neutrallity, KY Occupied, Delaware Occupied, Maryland Occuplied...sorry "Martial Law". Lincoln made it known he would bombard cities- "F" the civilians. Lincoln was a sectional president & Tyrannt.

  • @knitestalkers I think anyone with any sense knows liclon was a hole . Was just wondering about the common man on both sides . linclon used the law when it suited him and ignored it when it didn't . And people can talk like lawyers which he was and twist things . but it comes donw to common sense and common decency to interpert the laws and their meanings not to use them as the tyrant ''with blood on his mouth'' did .

  • @mollymu1 the other guy made a good point about all the CSA states being slave owning states . So I am posting that as a question on other video sites here on youtube

  • @mollymu1 Why would Rebuplicans want to leave, their guy was in office? W/ Sectional Mercantilist policies. Anyone that opposed Lincoln's policies Domestic or War were imprisoned, harrassed, threatened- he sensored all telograph messages. He put an arrest warrant out for sitting cheif justice Taney that the Marshall decided not to sereve. Remember that "Middle States Confed" plan I was telling you about? The Election Fraud? the anwser if Fear and Force. C.S.A. were only 7 until the invasion.

  • @mollymu1 Secretary Seward boasted to Lord Lyons (Brit Ambassator) that he could ring a bell and have any man arrested in Ohio, New York or any other State, and was apparently thrilled that he had more power over the population than the Queen of England had over her's. Seward had secret polices- can we say gestapo? Northern Citizens could be aressted on rumor alone- no charges, no trial... So again What do you think was the answer to your question? and you are behind by a few posts....

  • @knitestalkers Sorry on being behind . Trying to read all from several sites .

  • @mollymu1 Did you know that Kansas a free state was under Martial Law? New York City was a Popular Target for Seward's gestopo- priests, policmen, wall street bankers, anyone that Might have expressed "disloyal" sentiments.... even Fernando Wood barely escaped arrest for proposing to make New York City a "Free-City" because they traded with the South- a lot.

  • @mollymu1The "Indemnity act" of 1863 made Lincoln's Admin immune to criminal charges- it didn't get the votes to pass so the Senate so the presiding officer declared it valid & adjourned the senate, the desenters were simply ignored. There were litterally thousands of cases filed from almost every northern state against the Admin & Military officers for violating citizen's civil liberties, but the law also made it a crime for state judges to prosecute federal authorities.

  • @mollymu1 In MD- Gen. Butler threatened to bomb Annapolis is the state legislature met their so they met in Fredicks-only "Unionist" members got passes to go to vote. House to house searches to arrest "disloyal' members. Even U.S. Congressman Henry May was arrested. For elections ballots were colored and the "disloyal" were arrested or detained until after the election to prevent them from "polluting the ballot box". Simular things were done across the north. Can you secede with these policies?

  • @mollymu1 think about this Thousands of European immigrants were enlisted in the union army to teach the grandsons of Thomas Jefferson & Patrick Henry who fought for the CSA what being an "American" meant. Thomas Garland Jefferson was killed by union troops in the battle of New Market. shall I continue? or have I made my point? You have a lot to catch up on....

  • @knitestalkers'' think about this Thousands of European immigrants were enlisted in the union army to teach the grandsons of for the CSA what being an "American" meant. Thomas Garland Jefferson was killed by union troops in the battle of New Market. shall I continue? or have I made my point? You have a lot to catch up on....''

Very good info . Yes I knew there were some units that were wholly German . Didn't even speak english . Came over to free the slaves I guess .

  • @mollymu1 Germans tended to be more Unionist. Germany (Prussia) was a confederated system it was moving toward a more cenralized gov't style wasn't truely complete until 1870's under Bismark. He was influenced by the writings of Francis Lieber- a unionist- germany immigrant- drafted Lincoln's gen order #100 which set rules for war then allows military officers to ignore them. Lieber was jailed for treasonus/subversive acts in Germany. Europe sent the "undesirable" here. Dicks.

  • @mollymu1 So, what you're saying is that the overwhelming majority of Americans, LIVING AT THE TIME, free of 21st Century politically-correct revisionism, had no common sense?

Lincoln didn't have a play book for the crisis he was placed in charge of. He made a decision...and was backed up by the majority of Americans...after ASKING for their support. Not the actions of a tyrant.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Anyone that disagreed w/ him was arrested & imprisoned (13k conservative #) on nothing but rumor or for opposing his domestic policies or being a peace advocate, intimidated, deported, put out of business by Union Troops. What do you call using federal troops to intimidate voters in the North? He asked for support like the Mob used to "protect" businesses. I know you won't bother but google "American Bastille". Lysander Spooner's works are also good to read but you won't.

  • @mollymu1 Well, I grew up in Pennsylvania, and I'm sure of it. Even today, Pennsylvania's economy is dominated by...agriculture.

Mistreated? How?...for the first half of the 19th Century, slave states pretty much controlled the federal government.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Art 1 sec 8 CSA Constitution ..... "but no bounties shall be granted from the Treasury; nor shall any duties or taxes on importations from foreign nations be laid to promote or foster any branch of industry; and all duties, imposts, and excises shall be uniform throughout the Confederate States." So what were REPUBLICAN newspapers' big concern about secession? A Free Trade South pulling trade away from the North-some sugguested a Blockade months be4 Lincoln.

  • @knitestalkers Good points

  • @UnionStatesHeritage The all the states in the CSA is a good question . I have thought about it and the other question I would ask is '' Why weren' t all the Union states non slave owning . And please don't say they were . Just give me an honest answer . The ones that stayed with the Union must of not got the memo or something . I guess this is a big part of the overall confusion . I have another answer but will save it for later .

  • @mollymu1 And the populations of the north were not all homgenous with Lincoln's "ideals", if they were why were so many imprisoned in Unionist States? Why shut down over 300 Newspapers in Union State? .. and ballot fixing? messing with the Electoral college? Wait New York City- Occupied! It was a very small Hamlet but Town Line New York seceded & didn't rejoin the Union until about1946... The fire dept patch has the Confederate battle flag crossing the U.S. with "Last of the Rebels".

  • @knitestalkers Very interesting . As Homer Simpson said to the doughnut guy in hell who was force feeding him, More , More .

  • @mollymu1 I find it a little ironic that Francis Key Howard of Baltimore was imprisoned at Ft McHenry for being the editor of a newspaper that critisized Lincoln's invasion of the South without the consent of Congress and his supression of Civil Liberties in Maryland. The Ironiy is that Howard was Francis Scott Key's Grandson and Ft McHenry is where he penned the "Star Spangled Banner".

  • @knitestalkers Not lincoln . He was perfect . Who else has a big monument like him and is on the penny etc. What a hole .

  • @mollymu1 Southern men could by executed, deported, arrested, have property confinscated or destroyed for not taking the oath of loyalty... Gen Butler (him again) in Louisiana ordered that any Southern women that was found to not give the "proper" respect to the union flag was to be considered a Prostitute and treated as such.

  • @knitestalkers Thought they treated all women that way anyway . Get up in the morning sing Glory Glory Halleujah ,,rape ,steal , plunder , rape some more , steal , burn ,, rape ,, hang deserters , rape , get up the next morning sing Glory Glory Halleujah ... in the glory of the lillies Christ was born across..... whoops time for some more raping . Certain areas to this day won't allow monuments to Sherman's troops to be put up and people don't understand why . Would be too obscene I guess.

  • @knitestalkers Don't know if you had mentioned it in all your stuff cause I haven't had a chance to savor it yet , but saw the video of Judge Napalitatoano and really loved it . The ones by the Di guy are great but it is nice to have someone who everyone knows and hear him run down link con . It's like Christmas in Sept .

  • @knitestalkers Hopefully one day in the future the country will wake up and admit the crimes this clown on the 5 dollar bill committed . Russia did it with Stalin , changing their history books and the Japanese have put a display to educate their people about the rape of nanking . We need to do it with link con . But doubt we ever will esp with the connection with Black people . Sort of lost hope when I saw the NBA player with link con tatooted on his NECK !!!!

  • @knitestalkers Guess the NBA guy never saw the video "I am Kalinga! (I'm Gonna Git You Sucka)'' If you haven't you need to watch it .

  • @mollymu1 In may 1861a special election was held to fill 10 empty Maryland House of Delegate seats. They were Dr, Lawyers, Judges, Industrialists from Baltimore, they were arrested without charge (a few fled) on suspision of harboring secessionist sympathies. Pastor in VA was arrested for omitting a prayer for Lincoln. New Orleans a man was executed by Gen. Butler for taking down a U.S. Flag.

  • @knitestalkers Had any of the abos ever been to Africa ? Did they really care that much for the Blacks or were they jealous of the South ? The further you go back into history the foggery the things get .

  • @mollymu1 I am sure some went to Africa. But you are right there was a jealousy of the South or more correctly Virginia. The Federalist (Hamilton's party) came to the realization that either Virginia would have to be ruled by New England or Virginia would rule them. Virginia's politics dominated (Jeffersonian) and caused Federalists party to collapse and turn into the Whigs who continued Federalist policies and collapsed then turned Republicans and conquored the South and Northern Desenters.

  • @knitestalkers Some may of gone . But I doubt it . If they did and had any sense they would of said '' We need more boats '' Unless they had other reasons for wanting to get rid of slavery .

Everytime I hear about them I can't help but think they are nothing more that a bunch of busy bodies for some reason . Just like young know it all , don't know anything , college students who protest cheap labor in China , cause the people to lose their jobs and have to go into prostution . Good Job .

  • @mollymu1 what is the old saying? If you are not a Socialist in your 20's you have no heart. But if you are still a Socialist in your 30's you have no brain. Unfortunately Thanks to Lincoln we are not a Capitalist Society- and I laugh everytime I hear someone say we are capitalist or we are a democracy. We're a Mercantilist Society. Mercantilism is what we fought against during the revolution. Hamilton & his political Children thought it could work as long as power was centered here not Britian.

  • @mollymu1 Screw china. The people whom are really in danger of losing their ass- US. Why? We can't compete with labor costs- unions want & delay too much. People have bought into the lie of the "new" american dream- Huge house, Cars, TV, Expensive clothes- I want what my parents have right now! Instead of working toward it like mom & dad did. The American dream was supposed to be a chance to do something, not a garentee. We are spoiled brats that would not know Liberty if it bit us in the ass.

  • @knitestalkers I think their passion was less about freeing slaves than it was getting at the Southern Plantation owners they were jealous of .

Sort of a warped mind like libs who oppose the death penalty for a murderor but protect someone who kills babies .

  • @mollymu1conservatives have their own contradictions. Conservatives like to regulate morality on both fed and state levels.-We learned nothing from the 18th amend disaster. Or our mettaling in foreign affairs & expecting no "blow back". Mind you I am a Libertarian so when I say I am for small Jeffersonian Gov't - strict Constitutional interpritation- I mean it. There is a reason I do not belong to the Democratic Party or Republican Party. Both parties are a contradiction & stand for Big Gov't.

  • @knitestalkers I am a repub but realize it is the lesser of 2 evils . One is the party of fat cats like Neil Borst , Rush and Hannity and the other is a party of loose morals , same sex marriage etc.

  • @mollymu1 Evil is still evil. I pick option C.

  • @knitestalkers What is that in reply to ?

  • @mollymu1 evil is still evil is a reply to what was above it.... you said that "repub" were the lesser of 2 evils.

  • @knitestalkers What was that a reply to ?

  • @knitestalkers Posted one thing to the united states guy and he has come back with 20 replies . Must of hit a nerve . Truth hurts

  • @mollymu1 Yeah they don't even respond to me anymore.... because I got their number and call them on it. Eventually they will avoid responding to you as well, when they figure out hey can't convert you. Fact is the Civil War was about the distruction of the voluntary nature that the founders intended. Slavery was not even an issue until 18 months into the War. But you can't install Mercantilism while there is an escape hatch ergo State's Rights had to go.

  • @knitestalkers Well so far trying to be objective their arguments aren't too convincing . Seems to boil down to ''Who has the might will win and then say they were right and God was on their side . Or Buddha in the case of the NVA or VC .

  • @mollymu1 Yes or no...if Southern states had the right to secede from the Union, without the consent of the rest of the nation, then portion of those states had the right to secede from their states, and remain in the Union, when their citizens chose to do so?

Yes or no...territories deserved the right to vote on the slavery issue for themselves upon entering the Union?

Yes or no...territories in the West deserved the right to choose whether or not to join the Union, free of CSA coercion?

  • @UnionStatesHeritage 1 NY, RI and VA only ratified the Constiution w/ the expressed right to leave if they so chose retained. 2 each state held a vote on wiether to secede or not. 3 the constitution itself states the only way a state can be leagally broken up. 4 even Hamilton was against military coersion. 5 Lincoln put those that "disagreed with him in prison or deported them. 6 he openly fixed elections. How is that for liberty? I can go on or would you prefer to stop now?

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Sigh so threatening to bombard cities, fixing elections, arressting Northern peace protesters, or people that disagreed with really anything from the war to Lincoln's domestic policies. Deportation of an Ohio Congressman. Telegraph censoring. - Ignoring the fact that 3 states retained the right of secession in their ratification of the Constiution. That the Idea of the "union" creating the states didn't exist until 1830's. Secession is an "American" Tradition. I could go on.

  • For anyone on here ..am trying to see if anyone has any info on the song All Quiet Along the Potamac Tonight .

I see in wiki that it was written by a lady in Mass about a Union/ Confederate sentry that was shot but the paper reported :All Quiet.

Heard that it was written by Southener who added another verse to show he had written it , & he wrote the music & toured South singing with 2 of his daughters

Also heard it was written by the friend of guy who was shot right after it happened

  • @knitestalkers Please go on .

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Federalist Paper 39 (James Madison)-... assent and ratification is to be given by the people, not as individuals composing one entire nation, but as composing the distinct and independent States to which they respectively belong. It is to be the assent and ratification of the several States, derived from the supreme authority in each State, the authority of the people themselves. The act, therefore, establishing the Constitution, will not be a NATIONAL, but a FEDERAL act.

  • Yes or no...almost half the South's population deserved the right to raise an army, to throw off the oppression of the plantation economy?

  • @UnionStatesHeritage We are not arguing that Slavery was not wrong.. Slavery is wrong. However Lincoln in his own words did not go to war to free the slaves and only put out the Emancipation Proc as a military punishment (his words) because he was loosing at that point. So get over yourself.

  • @knitestalkers Just to be on the record . Slavery is wrong in some chases , in others it is a blessing . For those that got to come to America versus Haiti it was and still is a blessing . Think everyone agress on this but just won't admit it .

  • @mollymu1 while I get what you are trying to say certain individuals would not be here if it was not for slavery, but slavery is still a "great moral and political evil" as a great man once said. Who could that have been? Could it have been General Robert E. Lee. But I am a bigger fan of Lysander Spooner abolistionist from MA - who wrote the "Uncontitutionality of Slavery" in the 1840's and also hated the Lincoln Administration & Repubs for various reasons. & he also wrote - No Treason.

  • @knitestalkers Yes but Robert E Lee owned slaves for a while I think and also he had never been to Africa . I stand by my statement , slavery in the case of America was a great blessing . Nothing evil about it . And it's not certain individuals it's all of them as far as I know . It would of been better had they been fighting for slavery , that is easier to defend than all this he said -- they said mess . And Lee may of had other reasons for saying that , can't always take things at face value .

  • @mollymu1 He emancipated his wife's slaves that she recieved as inheritance before the war. And no he didn't go to Africa... why should he have? Owning another human being- no matter how you spin it is at odds with the principles of liberty. But Slavery has more to do with greed & bad economics than hatred of a particular race. So on this stance we have to agree to disagree- I believe Slavery is wrong no matter what the date or time.

  • @knitestalkers I was saying he had never been to Africa , neither have I , don't think you have . But before anyone says slavery was not a blessing or it's wrong to own another human being maybe you need to take a trip there. Wheter or not something is wrong depends on the conditions and end results . I say again , and you need to think more about it before just having a knee jerk emotional reaction , and you will come to realize it was a blessing . But it canceals itself out since both sides

  • @mollymu1 practiced it and it wasn't the cause of the WBTS anyway . Just a front . I only bring up the Slavery was a blessing point to take this card out of the other sides deck . Being owned by someone else is preferable to a lot of other lots in life . If it was offered today , same conditions as back in 1800's there would be plenty of people who would jump at the chance and many others who should have it regardless of choice for their own good . No one should be mistreated of course .

  • @mollymu1 Don't think being owned is right if you mistreat the person to the point that they are miserable and it shortens their lifespan etc. The conditions have to be right . Can't be like the Slaves that ended up in Haiti or other islands . Has to be a step up in lifestyle not a step down . And if that is the persons only option then being owned by someone else is a blessing . We are all owned anyway esp if you are married .

  • @mollymu1 I am friends with a Family from Senegal and went to school with a man from Gambia. I am going out on a limb and say they would disagree with you on slavery being a blessing. My response on slavery was not a knee jerk or emotional one. My principles are well thought out. It is just a fact- Slavery is Diametricly opposed to the Principles of Liberty. It is a basic Libertarian Principle- I told you Lysander Spooner is my Hero.

  • @knitestalkers Having friends that have lived there changes nothing . Give it time and you'll come to the same conclusion . You have a friend here in US that thinks link con is a saint so can't go by that . Have to look at it over a period of time . As you get older you'll see.

  • @mollymu1 Your argument on Slavery is Nonsensical. The foundation of Libertarian Principle is that YOU OWN YOURSELF- hence Slavery is wrong. If Africans had come here based on the idea of a better life that would be one thing, but they were forced. People still moved West even though it was really Dangerous to do so. Robbers, Murderers, Indians Attacks, Disease, Storms, Lack of Supplies, Terain, wild animals. Why? For a chance, for freedom, to start over. The same reason the colonists came.

  • @knitestalkers Is that because you have shut down their arguments or because you bring up things they have already answered.

  • @mollymu1 LOL...your last post to me, totaled 18.

  • Respond to this video... Like I said, the truth is in what Confederates said about the war in the form of documents, speeches, and letters AT THE TIME. You can't get around that. Southerners documented it to the world.

  • Respond to this video... the Confederate States "unblushingly proclaim that slavery is to be the normal condition of this Southern millennium, and that they, as the superior race, are bound by the law of Divine Providence to keep the sons and daughters of Africa, in perpetual bondage"...editor... journal of Scotland's United Presbyterians, at the beginning of the Slaver's Rebellion.

    Truth does indeed hurt.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage "Our sympathies cannot go with the Southern states, who, in the first half of the Nineteenth Century, are proclaiming a doctrine, the foulest and most revolting to have ever been enunciated since our blessed Redeemer hung upon the cross of shame, and bore away the sins of the world. Sympathy with the Southern states! We have as much sympathy with them, as with a gang of robbers or a crew of pirates"...Scotland's Free Presbyterian Church.

    Truth...hurts so good.

  • @mollymu1 Simple answer...the slave owning states who remained in the Union, were places where the institution was already in terminal decline, and none of them were dependent on the production of cotton.

Virginia was not dependent on cotton, but it WAS heavily involved in the internal slave trade, between Southern states....follow the money.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Oh you mean like the Northerners that would kidnap free blacks and sell them into slavery.. or have Blacks sold into slavery for breaking "certain" laws meant to keep them in their place? or the requirement of the children of free Blacks to be indentured (no choice in the matter) until they reached adulthood. Or altering their State Constitutions to prevent blacks from moving there or to take away their rights to vote? All hail the egalitarian North..... lol.

  • @knitestalkers The North allowed them to move up there and received them with open arms I thought .

  • @mollymu1 You won't bother, but you should google the book "Proud Shoes, The Story of An American Family"...written by Pauli Murray. The book documents her family's history...Middle class Blacks from Southern Pennsylvania, who moved South during Reconstruction, to build schools. Part of the book discusses the experience of escaped slaves seeking refuge in PA, before the war. Totally refutes the Neo-Reb view that Blacks were universally hated in Northern states.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage so one book about "personal experiences" vs actual laws on record... wow. Not to mention speeches (not just Lincoln). And not to mention actions... and not that you will do it but go pick up Alexis De Tocqueville's Democracy in America and see what he has to say about the "Yankey" and race relations. Not to mention NY was still dealing w/ slavery into 1850's according to NY historical Society. NJ was passing anti-slavery laws in 1858. Just some examples.

  • @mollymu1 if you want more I am responding directly to the UnionStatesHeritage propagandist.

  • @mollymu1 The New Mexico Territorial Legislature weighed in on their support for the Union, when they called on volunteers to defend the territory from Confederate invasion, and forced annexation into the Confederate Empire...."We will never submit to the enemy's military OR HIS SLAVE DESPOTISM"...very clear, on what they were fighting against.

A Virginia enlistment poster ca 1862 called on men to "Fight the abolition foe"...no mention of states rights, or tariffs.

  • @boyscout775 Victor wins the history but I have heard that even so the South won the history which is one of the things I am trying to figure out . Are you a Boyscout ?
