@seonfox Agreed, I've heard the chemicals in sunscreen can cause cancer. Dermatologists/other people should think twice before telling people to pile on the sunscreen everyday. But at the same time I don't doubt over exposure to UV rays has a lot to do with causing cancer. Not really sure what the solution is, I guess just stay out of the sun? Wonder if "natural" sunscreens are any better...

It takes courage to get a doctor's appointment, since we all are a bit afraid to look like hypochondriacs and, even more, to get to know we are not ones. So I wish you good luck and, ironically, I wish you just waste your time getting to know it's nothing.

BTW, moles in places where they get constantly rubbed should get checked out anyway. I think part of the cancer problem is that people wait till the last minute to to get an appointment.

To dumb asses seeking medical attention from corrupt "keep 'em sick so I can make money" doctors:

Hydrogen peroxide (h202) stops skin cancer dead. If you have skin condition and even if not, after shower & quick dry, it is good to spray your body down w store bought 3% h202 & air dry;

to kill cancer must use 30% h202 & dilute to 8%; if 8% is too weak raise to 9% or 10%; be careful handling h202 30% as it is like acid; but w rubber gloves & careful dilution can stop cancer dead. Investigate!

Well whats your opinion , I play basketball outdoor alot, I dont use sun screen, and never get sunburns rarely, but my skin color gets darker and darker.. will this be a bad thing in 20 years or so o_O

well im 13, and i got real small odd shaped, darkish spots on my shoulders, and its middle of winter, its real small but sort of in the shape of a triangle, and as i am young, and i like to be outside, i hardly went outside this winter, im a little suspicious too because a new tiny tiny little freckle like thing appeared on my toe and my feet are always covered, and like i said, i never went outside this winter barely. i do have a little anxiety problem and im young so many im just over nervous.

Cancer is a genetic cellular malfunction of the victim's cells.

It's not a bacteria or virus or fungus.

The normal cellular growth (cells die shed and re-grow constantly all throughout your life span.) The normal natural cycle one day malfunctions and produces (and to scientist it's still not fully understood why) they start producing cancer cells. But it's not something the person caught. No it's not contagious.
