I recommended a product to a friend of mine for his SD which is actually an acne treatment and he says it has made a massive difference. It is a product from England called Teenage Dream by Mama Nature. It was great or my acne and as the symptoms of SD are similar I thought it may help him. The main ingredients are jojoba oil and tea tree oil. I am spreading the word.
