I didn't hear him mention it, but you should do this during low-humidity seasons (late fall or winter). I could not get the doors out when I tried a little while ago because they fit too tightly.
Generally very helpful though a shame your soft edits to the next shot frequently cut out the bits of what happens next!!!! Exactly what I was hoping to see....

That was nice and clear. I've done this many times, it's not always as straightforward as it seems here. For instance getting the access plate off to get to the weights can be a real problem, you have to release the parting bead set between the two windows, they often break in the process. The wax trick is neat.
