Wow...nostalgia like crazy, I remember watching all of these when I was like 5-6 on my grandparents old Win 95 (right around the time this was new). My first intro to vocal music really lol...not to mention first-person games with old Hover =)

I loved Hover back then. You can download it for free now, but its actually kind of a crappy game nowadays.

Yes they were and Windows 95 had a badass racing game where you had to get three flags.
