ya right. Extending help to a white country who offer partial treatment to Asian people, tourists and visitors. Of course these assistances can be always be treated as a form of defense to improve relationship between 2 countries. Btw I hope you people in riccarton street christchurch had it all mates.

Isn't the KC-135 Stratotanker used as an Aerial Refueling Tanker aircraft? I never knew it could carry passengers..
