In science if you are to refute something you are required to propose a new modle to deal with the inconsistancies of the old modle as far as making money from it i hate to break it to you but most sucessfull scientist are certainly not poor hawkings is not broke and is the defintiive leader in his field most advances happen because of money not in spite of it
my point i am trying to make is two fold one they failed to give the bill number so you as an educated citizen could easily reference it. as for the difference between "psychiatry and science" is not as vast as you might think as no science is exact that is why a mechanic peforms repairs and a dr. practices medicine. all scientific fields are in a constant state of change. as far as psychiatry goes if these folks have better ideas i would love to hear them but no effort is put forth to do so stating the problem is great solving it is better and in the end the ultimate extension of science to explain the universe and solve problems
