  • Germany and Finland should make an alliance. Euro is collapsing so together we can raise again because our economy is strong!

  • Soldiers on skis??Big deal....The French fought wearing ballet slippers!!!

  • Finland was in the absolute worst position in the war. Between two superpowers who had nothing but bad intentions for the world.

  • if I would be living during that time period, I would join the SS Wiking and fight side to side with both Finns and Germans against our enemy Russia :)

  • Germany/Finland über Alles!

  • Yes, Finland and Germany uber alles.

  • @woodenbinedrinker Maybe you should refrain from trying to start an argument without presenting what's wrong with mine. Go embarass yourself elsewhere.

  • Once in 1940 the first German bombs fell on the territory of England, the government, without serious reflection mated 74,000 people from the States who are at war with Britain, they added about 20 thousand members of political parties sympathetic to the Nazis (before that, these organizations are legally working in the country), and put them on the camp rations. The islanders pressed a little, and they are without remorse oblivion all the liberal democratic values.

  • There, in the ditches along the walls of the fort all prisoners crumble with machine guns. And just before the outbreak of hostilities in World War II by the French authorities of all Germans, not just those living in border areas, was arrested and taken to the camp.

  • Uncompromising nature of these cases differed homeland anthem Marseillaise freedom. In 1915, when the Germans approached Paris on the distance of the gun shot, the French are no court delays were taken from Paris to Vincennes fort of all prison inmates and those on whom indicated agents of the Paris police.

  • "German colonists ... are subject to mandatory expulsion at its own expense in an area outside the theater of war ... Real Estate colonists being sequestered and sent to the maintenance of the Main Department of Land and agriculture ..." - read one of the paragraphs of the Resolution of the Special Meeting at the headquarters of the Supreme Commander.

  • King-father, Nicholas II also did not take time off from the deportation to the interior of his powers unreliable elements. Although, of course, atrocities such as the Austrian is not allowed. In the years 1914-1916. from western Russia lightly evicted about 200 thousand German colonists.

  • The number of dead during the forced relocation inland empire incalculable, but in any case, we are talking about tens of thousands of people: children, elderly people, women. Loss of Rusyns is equivalent to 10 million people. for 180 million of the Russian state at the time. It is 4 times more than Russia has lost the dead in three years of the First World War.

  • In fact, to deport people - a worldwide practice. And not an invention of the Communists. In the First World War the power of the Austro-Hungarian Empire carried out mass movements of the Ruthenians. Moreover, the deportation of Austrians combined with shooting and hanging. Of the 3.5 million Rusyns, subjects of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, were shot, hanged, tortured to death in concentration camps more than 160 thousand people (including 3 thousand Orthodox priests).

  • These brave Germans handed out bags of crosses - the speculators!

  • The goals of germans were "a bit" to the wrong side, but to be true, Finland wouldn't have made it without Germany.

  • when i hear german spoken out loud i can only think 70s porn

  • Comment removed

  • Finnish Nazi and Russophobe. That you are to blame for the siege of Leningrad.

  • @kashakrus47 That is minor compared losing Karelia and a second arm of Finland, ryssä.

  • I thank you, Germany!

  • USSR is off the map, but not Finnland! (nor Germany).

  • Soldiers on skis?

    Finland is a fucking boss.

  • @Simoonx ye! they used small troups on skis who where really affektive aginst the big russian tank armies pretty weird isnt it?

  • @Simoonx in finnish army(wich we all have to go when turned 18years af age) we have ski-marches in winter..

  • @Simoonx well they were really light-geared and could move really fast...and there is a legend(im not sure is it true or not :s) that Finns added knives on the ski poles and then skied next the Russian and cut thier throat and Russian didn't have time to react for that

  • @Simoonx and sorry for my bad english :L

  • @Simoonx Every nordic country has troops on skis. Norway provided skis and ski troops to finland during the winter war.

  • My grandad from Sweden helped Finland =)

  • it would be awsome if some of you German speaking add subtitle to this!

Nice vid but sadly i dont understand nothing else than und = and :)

  • you gotta love the background music at that time :-)

  • If that Retard Hitler would have been asasinated more quickly,Finland still own Viborg, our magnificient city which I miss! Without your support Deutschland Finnland would be kaput! Danke schön es Sie lieben Finlandia hilfte. Sorry , my deutscsprache is rusting =)! You did so great things for Finland in order that she survived finally ALTE KAMERADE!! =)!

  • the finnish soldier were great soldier and allies!

  • Deutchlannd und Finlande uber alles! One Public Europe...Thats IT!

  • @Hiikeri what we need to do is get all the good european countries together and form a self sustaining culture away from amerika and the rest of the world, we have enough technology and resourses to feed, defend and protect ourselves and get away from all zionist influences, only then will we be free

  • @papabearej Dont tell me that what i already know. EU will fall down like a Communist Union...

  • @Hiikeri i dont believe it will fall down, but a massive takeover will happen where all the ommie sum are kicked out on their arses. the whole idea of national socialism is beoming a viable politcal agenda and will only ever grow in popularity, as more people are waking up to the truth

  • @Hiikeri Why did the germans then burn down one of our citites?True allies yeah right.

  • @xB4LL50F5T33Lx I'm guessing you mean Rovaniemi.. I hope you know, that what started the fire was a German ammunition train that exploded in the trainstation... ammunition train that was blown up by finns.

  • @xB4LL50F5T33Lx Lets see...because we were forced to backstab our ally to make peace with USSR. Hate that fact, though it had to be made. But dont blame Germans for that, we were the ones who backstabbed the Germans..:(

  • @JohQx3 Noh totta puhut.

  • DEUTSCHLAND ERWACHE!!!!

    Heil Finnen!

  • @NSBM74

Wachen Sie erst mal selbst auf!

  • @verwoerd

    Hast du ein problem?

  • @NSBM74

    Nein.

Dümmliche Nazisprüche wie "Deutschland erwache" sind für mich kein Problem - eher für den, der sie von sich gibt.

  • @verwoerd

    Es ist mir egal:)

  • @verwoerd I SAY, Germans is sours Friends, RUSSians are badlerr...

Do you wanna take a play? 1. Germanjs? 2. Americansns? 3. Communistst!

  • @Hiikeri

I'd really like to answer you but I simply do not understand what you are getting at.

  • @Hiikeri Germans!!

  • The Battle of Mumindalen

  • Nowadays The Fins are about to forget that they used to be Hitler's puppets...

  • @Iwillra Hah how can you say that? Finland wasnt even allied with them. It was Co-bellirigent. Finland had different goal than Germany.

  • @kaahaajaFIN yeeh was"t ally - just fought together

  • The Finns were using French tanks (1:32)

  • finns are treators to russians sweden and germans....they went to a war with russia with germany....after they dropped germans out of finnland...and last but not least..they forget that they were swedish slaves...and no thanks to swedes..what a shame

  • @WINNNY22 What the fuck are you talking about? The finns didn't fight with the germans from the start, they joined in 1941 near the end of the war. And they were swedish slaves? What the hell are you smoking?

For the record, our swedes fought with the finns. Try making a bit more sense when you throw out half-assed arguments.

  • @H0llaZ1990 our swedes?))) hm? you mean finns living in sweden?

  • @WINNNY22 kim il winny20 last communist go northkorea!

  • @H0llaZ1990 You russian bitch. We had to fight with Germans against the soviet union to have our old lands back when Soviets stole them from us without any reason in Winter War.

And what are you talking about that we were slaves of Sweden? I don't really remember that part of our history.

  • @Karpaneen Don't worry man, their just communist's, look at how much history they distort. Finland, Germany, The Ukraine, or etc. should be sorry for standing up against the big bully and murderer Stalin and his horde of communist mass murderers.

    Never forget Finland's sacrifice!

  • Comment removed

  • @Karpaneen Are you kidding me? I'm Swedish, not Russian, my people fought WITH you. I know your history, I know the void cause for the Soviets to engage you.

I've never said that you were slaves of us, I was saying that his statement was incorrect. You must've misunderstood the whole thing.

  • @H0llaZ1990 I'm so sorry. I must have quoted a wrong person. I had to quote that WINNY or what was his name.

  • @Karpaneen what kind of land? karelia? why do you think the karelians what to be part of finland?

  • @WINNNY22 Because their culture, race and language is more closer to Finns and Finland is better place to live than Russia. Russia puts children who steal food becuase they have nothing to eat to the prison. Also Russia has poor quality education.

There is also really much homeless people in Russia.

  • @Karpaneen karelians is one one of many finno ugric tribes in russia....if you look back to the history karalians were fighting alongside with nowgorodians agains finns and swedes...and during rus-sweden wars they escaped to the northern moscow reagion from the attacks of swedes...so i dont see that they accually wanted to be part of finland..maybe finland want so...but thats another point...karelians are integrated into multicultural life in russia

  • @WINNNY22 moron... most of the karelians came to finland after the war there is only russians and empty houses there stupid...

  • @tomppa00 mm...and how do you call the karalians now....ryssä?))))))))

  • @WINNNY22

"karelians is one one of many finno ugric tribes in russia"

    >False. Karelians are in fact Finnic tribe, not Ugri.

We were halved during the religious wars between Sweden and Russia... and by the way, Slavic expansion assimilated most tribes in modern era Russia. Karelians were so far North-West, that this did not take place with Karelians. Later, Karelia was fiefdom to Novgorod.

-Karelians and Tavasti fought all the time, as did Karelians and Satakunta.

  • @WINNNY22

"so i dont see that they accually wanted to be part of finland"

    >Orthodox-Karelians indeed fled, and were assimilated later on. Western Karelians did not. We Karelians are nearly gone, though. After Karelia was taken by SU, Karelians fled to Finland proper and mixed into all other tribes. As my aunt, Karelian-borne, said; "our tribe disappears, but we helped to create Finns." Meaning that genetic material of Karelians goes/went into good use.

  • @ArmaFennica It seems to me that the Russian leadership did carelessly in matters of national minorities. But there is no malicious intent. Just a bureaucratic machine is not agile enough in Russia. A vast country - the mass peoples, religions, customs and weight of various problems on which Russian rulers may simply not know.

  • @Imprudentman The mass ethnic cleansing of different populations and on purpose famine were no accidents, but deliberate actions by the Communist leaders.

  • @YksiSuomalainen I do not really understand what you have in view when talking about ethnic cleansing in the Soviet Union. USSR was one idea - the construction of developed socialism, and finally - communism. In that society should not be any nationalities - Russian, Finns, Jews, Bashkir, Tatar and other peoples. But it was revolutionary terror against the rich and those who belonged to them in the view of communist activists - the truth.

  • Comment removed

  • @YksiSuomalainen with regard to deliberate action by the Communist leaders ... During World War II Germans who were in the Soviet Union about 1000000 people deported all to Siberia and Kazakhstan. Personally, I do not approve. All the German republic in the Volga region of the USSR has ceased to supply food. The work of the Germans in Siberia was unproductive. They did there own business, when felled timber, fished and built factories under the supervision of the NKVD.

  • @YksiSuomalainen That would explain the Soviet position ... Chechens were simply not submissive to communist ideals. And among the Crimean Tatars had a lot of those who served in the Wehrmacht. In the Baltic countries were also many "anti-Soviet" elements. These included most of the local intelligentsia (doctors, teachers, former military and former police officers). As well as all sorts of entrepreneurs.

  • @YksiSuomalainen As for the Germans, then they did so (exiled to Siberia) with representatives of the state to which war is waged. The French shot all the Germans, who were sitting in their prison in 1940. And although Americans have rehabilitated the Japanese, who lived in the United States after World War II, but the property is not returned. So that the USSR can not be blamed for his cruelty.

  • Comment removed

  • @YksiSuomalainen What I personally do not like in the history of the Soviet Germans, is the fact that they were held in Siberia in 1954 in exile. And the fact that they actually equated to prisoners of war the German army, which they have never been. And vice versa - about 40,000 men served in the Soviet Army but they were put into the camp of the NKVD. With the Soviet Germans did not very fair, I think.

  • @WINNNY22

"karelians are integrated into multicultural life in russia"

    >Aheam.. no. Russians are destroying minorities, assimilating them. Nothing new there, this has been done throughout the history of Rus, but don't try to claim that Karelians still exist as a tribe.

-I can take all the Russification programs, forced mass movements of people and denial of language and heritage as an argument against. your claim.

What do you have to counter those?

  • Comment removed

  • @Karpaneen karelians associate themselfs as a part of finno ugric nations that make up a russian nationality...so they are also close to russia....

have you ever been to russia? ive been to finland many time i dont see big difference of live...in russia you can get very rich ...in finland not so much....you cant be happy by leaving you native land, dudeб for the sake of money. thats wrong. you say such stupid things that its not worth to explain you something...end your school

  • @Karpaneen moreover...the most importent economic partner of finland is russia..if russia will go down it will take finlan and the neighboring countries with it....and finland is very much influenced by russia...in many ways

  • @WINNNY22 not by culturaly nor economically explain yourself russian parasite...

  • @WINNNY22 Our swedes, as in my swedes. I'm Swedish, I'll call the Swedish fighter my swedes so that people understand.

  • @H0llaZ1990 nice to see that mental retardation is a global thing

  • Glory to German and Finland

  • oh please... Read about lapland war.

and for the sheare idiots: SHUT UP you perhanan perk*leen idiootti.

We used the Germans to not get extinct....

  • It's German-I should have seen it before. The Swastica on the side is German-style, not Finn Hakaristi.

I wonder what the Finns said (in private) about that German contraption!

  • That has got to be the keanest sled I've ever seen!! What an evac for the wounded!

    Finnish or German invention?

  • Could be a german idea, too, although the "ambulance" seemed to be finnish.

  • @rattinox Well it has a Finnish hakaristi on its side.

  • Вы все неудачники, столько времени толпились у Мурманска, но так и не взяли его! Потому что нас не победить!

  • Thank you Germany for helping us fight our eternal enemy, the bolshevist jew, still lurking behind the borders to modern day Russia.

    Deutchland, Danke!

  • @Vraltupp what about the new muslim invaderst they will rape your women

  • we must as a people return europe to a pagan landfree of communism, bolshevism, islam, judeaism and christianity

  • @papabearej yes atheism, humanism are far more superior to these man made cancers

  • @DuckingNDiving Couldn't have said it better myself. You speak good words my friend.

  • @papabearej you have my support =)

  • @Vraltupp

Чтоб вы фашисты сдохли!!! Ваш ебаный Гитлер и вы, суки, вместе с ним!!!

  • deadpuh i agree that finns helped germany in late wars against russia but only because they helped us, finns werent axis nor allies in WWII but we needed help or finland wouldnt be and allies were too afraid to send forces.

  • Subs to english or finnis would be nice.

  • finland wouldn't survive at the first year's of war without garmany's help, but in the end fins were helping germans. but germany sold over 50% of guns that finland uses in thew war

  • mitä vittua täällä edes ensimmäisinä vuosina ollut yhtään sakemannia idiootti

  • Finland whooped Stalin in Winter War

  • But we failed our objektion. We didnt get back those areas we lose.

  • @Zyskowiczz

Thats continuation war you are talking about. This video and war is Winter War. Learn some History

  • Oh right. I forgot that :D

  • @Jonza121 "Combat footage. German Wartime Newsreel (Die Deutsche Wochenschau Nr.611, May-1942)."

    Learn to read

  • Touché

  • There were no german troops in Finland assisting it yet in 1939 Winter War.

  • Easiest way to make a difference between German and Finnish troops in WWII is the belt buckle. The Germans had solid flat buckles and Finns used a hollow square with pin visible. In German belts it said "Gott mitt Uns" And the Finnish ones had a writing "Ole Valmis" = "Be Ready".

  • Well the helmet was really the only same thing they had. Different weapons, different clothes, different insignia.

  • thanks to all germans, that helped to defend finland....

  • Nice propaganda, but the germans were in all kind of problems in forrest. The finns had to help them out several times. Basicly the finns and the germas fought separately. So they had reason to give medals to the finnish soldiers.

  • well germans gave us finns, several panzerfausts, and panzerschecks. and they were good AT weapons during continuation war....

  • You are right, but in this report the german troops are in Lapland and they got problems. The german army was much better in environment where they could use their mobility.

  • And plenty of other material, Sturmgeschütze III:s, Me 109's, FW-190 support, Stukas, 75mm PaK 40 AT-guns etc.

  • @darkville and destryed roads, bridges and burned city of rovaniemi in War of lappland.

  • @tikkarityyppi coz russians forced us to make a pact with them, to banish germans from lapland.

  • @timesplitterdude

yes,but germans wanted to leave a trail of destruction behind them im glad we landed in my home town tornio in time or else:another burnt city.

  • @darkville The did not defend good enough, because Russia won the war

  • @darkville My grandfather was a Wehrmacht officer who fought in Finland, it's good to see you guys were able to kick the Soviets out. Much respect.

  • @darkville

Well, the military help was just one side of the medal.

It was Germany who granted the Soviets a "sphere of influence" including Finland and therefore encouraged them to invade in the first place.

So yes, they did something to help the Finns out of a trouble they had caused to the Finns themselves.

  • @darkville agree, fuck hitler and fuck nazism, but thank you to the germans for helping us

  • @darkville they were not actually *helping* finland, they planned to conquer it after the soviet union have lost, but before that they helped :)

  • Was der Fueher there, or was he already planning his defeat in the USSR, North Africa, France, and Italy etc.??? Wo ist der Fueher?? Ahhhhchh so!! Der Fueher ist die Reindeer!!! Ja, das ist es!! Wanna buy/lease some more Brewster Buffalos??

  • Did americans plan to get defeated in Vietnam?

Are americans now planning to be defeated in the middle-east?

Americans attack only the weak but still they get their ass kicked.

  • The USA did not lose the miltary war in Vietnam but the US populace including many military members from Private to General thought the war was unnecessary, a result of the muddled Cold War situation, which indeed it was. The present situation in the Middle East etc. is far from a 'defeat'. Actually Russia is also , & has in the past, along with Germany, France, Britain, Morrocco, etc. etc.helping immensely now in the global effort against religous fantics etc.

  • The fanatic islam is not only US problem. It´s our problem as well. Remember that we have had terrorists in Helsinki. Mohammed Atta, one of the leaders of 2001 strike was living "normal life" in Finland. Also it was important in the cold war period to stop the communism although also the americans did certain mistakes in Asia.

  • Thanks for sharing this video

    Friendship now and then!

  • Finnish people have strength, will and hope

Russian people have a dictator and man power

German people had technology, horses, and a shit load of resources

  • @imapownall Yes, and altough they lost the war...

  • mave.foorumi.eu

  • Those are werhmach soldiers. You can´t use horse there where isn´t any road. Or you can but it´s too hard to feed them.

  • Those are both Finnish and German troops. Finns used the same helmet as the Germans, so sometimes it's a bit hard to distinguish between them.

  • Those who attract the cannons are the Germans, lookn at uniform, and they even don´t use helmets in that clip.

Finnish soldiers at 2:40 to 3:35 and 3:57 to 4:06. Ambulans drivers are from some skandinavian country(sweden) and all others are germans(not reindeers ofcourse).
